  1. Unfortunatly that down pipe is just about useless pete.. Probably the only one I've seen where its stepped down straight away.. Maybe someone who needs a 3 inch dump could cut the start of the flange off but chances are slim that it would for someone else's set up I coated mine to keep the heat out.. More $$ though
  2. Agree, ^^ ... That muffler bloke isn't the same guy who put the exhaust on in the first place is it lol
  3. I'm in WA for a couple of weeks atm but like i said I'm sure there's someone who can spare an hour to give you a hand It's quite simple if you take your time but you will need a hand to bleed it up
  4. Yea that would work fine I reckon mate If you do the Math, the area and flow of a 4inch pipe is soooo much greater then 3"
  5. Yea 4inch to the cat.. 3.5 after.. Your turbo is bigger then mine pete
  6. Are you in Vic or NSW.. I'm sure there is someone who could give you a hand if you thought you would struggle
  7. Hax near parra (can't remember his shop name) is the best guy for that job pete.. I got my exhaust done for a lot less then that and it's very very good quality steal, workman ship and I dare say there was more labour then yours by the time he did the turbo side and intake too. Even welded new brackets for my cooler and bored out the compressor outlet of the turbo. I can tell you I would have had a lot of change left over for 3500!
  8. Looking for your last dyno graph for the full tune Pete Probably missed it somewhere I here
  9. We ve all seen what a 3inch dump does for a standard turbo. I would have thought this thing needs 3.5-4 inch
  10. The pedal will be hard if its the cars not on because the brake booster won't be on
  11. I assure you the cam gears made up for what ever those piece of crap cams lost you
  12. The question is, why the f**k did CRD put a 3inch restriction on this 3.2L engine with that turbo I would have assumed they knew that it needed a decent exhaust to make power and response.. Hey CRD if your reading this, show me a graph where exhaust restriction with a turbo actually helps with response or power ya clowns Or are you just playing dumb so you can charge pete for another retune
  13. Hey Pete, how much did CRD charge for the clutch install when the engine was already out? Just so everyone knows.
  14. Lol... Yea waste ya money on tomei cams Spend the money on an oil coil or drive train/exhaust/brake Improvements. You will actually notice the difference that way
  15. I honestly think you need 4inch for the first half, and a 4 inch cat if its "high flow".. If your keeping it legal then yea a 5" is the way to go To put it in perspective, Paul has twin 3 inch exhausts on a 2.8 Once again CRD should know better
  16. I honestly hope they are thought they don't seem to be getting the message at the moment. We re happy when it's reliable mate
  17. I seriously don't know how they f**ked it up in the first place Pete.. For the money you paid that car should have had the time spent on it and be tuned to perfection Obviously he did a half assed job and expected not to hear from you again, keep on his case until your happy mate. Some of these problems your having are foreseen problems, so I'm f**king sick of people trying to defend this shit. "Just take it back and stay in their good books" blah blah blah,.. Should have been done right the first time! Idiots!
  18. Sweet thanks Mick!!
  19. Yea that's my concern.. Might just buy a whole set from a fastener joint
  20. Not offended, just surprised by your complete lack of common sense, mechanical knowledge and inability to use the search function. Probably your parents fault more then anything.
  21. If I was doing a big order id get them from rhd or kudos But as sinister says if they have them at bunnings I'll just go there Cheers lads
