Just keep it simple man..
Flow should be from your lift pump which feeds your surge tank. Those two 044s feed the rail .. Fuel is returned from your rail through the reg.. After the reg It will the run through your cooler returning to your surge tank
I don't understand what you mean with the T's, you want all your fuel to be cooled on the return
Draw a diagram to figure out your fittings,
Does that help?
Unlikely may be the case.
Mine was fine, put a new radiator cap on... All of a sudden leaks, changed cap to 1 bar, no leaks
5psi doesn't sound much but it's over 30% more then standard
Just something to keep in the memory bank
As stated above no need for the rear head oil drain, though in saying that its a good idea to put sump breather in to your catch can so the crank case doesn't build pressure.
Another idea that some like to adopt.. (My self and HKS included) is a water drain in the rear welsh plug of the head. Plumb it into your top radiator hose housing and it helps regulate temps at the back of the engine.
This is mine
All I can say is be careful what pressure your cap you use. Yes a1.3 bar cap will raise your boiling point BUT it is more likely to spring a leak ie behind the water pump.
For street duties 1-1.1 is more then enough. I think standard is 0.9 bar
To add to that.
Have a breather from your sump to catch can to get rid of excess crank case pressure
4inch exhaust inc the cat, 3.5 after wards I would suggest
I have 2 walbro 400s and a nismo lift, I drained all the ethenol out of the. But didn't flush them
My pumps personally haven't been tested but I'm going to assume that the pumps I have are fecked.. I hope not bit after 18 months I don't hold hope for them
The pumps I have seen fail simply just lose pressure I until the car barely runs
