  1. Mmmmhhhhmmmmmm
  2. They don't listen mate, this thread and it's replys are a waste of time
  3. Honestly save your cash man, sell the cruiser and buy something that's going to cost minimum to run. I can assure you your car will sit there doing nothing for the first 3-6 months of your military career anyway. Every dollar you don't spend now will be worth double on your full license if you just buy a shit car now.
  4. Skyline advantage: Not gay RX8 disadvantage gay or what Aaron said
  5. I have matched these cams with a Ferrea dual valve springs, titanium retainers and locks.. money well spent in my opinion
  6. Like what Brett and Paul are trying to tell you, its not just about the specs the manufacturer gives you ie duration and lift Cam lobe aggression plays an important role in how quickly/much air gets into your cylinder. All these cams you quoted are very mild in terms of lobe design. Do what the guys are saying, either keep your standard cams for your -7s or if your going to change to a big single get the custom cams from UNIGROUP here in Aus.. they re not cheap but why go to the trouble to do a half assed job. PS cant you micro wave a cake Paul?
  7. its been going well mate, bit leaner these days but strength is still good Managed to get another few years in Sydney hey The new Gym should hopefully be done next year, the thing is massive so hopefully there will be more then one squat rack for you
  8. Nice work Mark, getting pretty strong mate
  9. UNIGROUP or like Brett said armor Motorsport..I have heard very good things about them recently
  10. Natural Ability or not, It's surprising how quickly the body adapts to running if your willing to put in regular efforts and push yourself through the pain barrier I wanted to improve my running and lose a bit of body fat to get ready for a fitness course so I added a 4 km run to my program a couple of times a week for a few weeks. My times went from Run times 16:09 to 15:28.. Would probably be a bit faster then that now This was on a street course.. Running up hills makes a big difference as well
  11. Regardless of who he bought it off, I think most of you posting in this thread should F#ck off and go find something else to do with your time besides ripping on some blokes car add. For all you know the car may be perfectly fine and your stupid ass comment has just deterred a potential buyer.
  12. Ahh ok fair enough, just read it properly
  13. I wouldn't be buying cams if you want more uptop power Money would be better spend on some arp head bolts and gasket Then wind boost into it.. Your mid range will feel sluggish due to the fact your only running gate spring pressure.. This means your gate is starting to open before you hit base pressure.. An electronic boost controller with more boost will keep it closed and give you better mid and top end power
  14. Haha what clutch do u use?
  15. Also remember to use ethenol compatible oil and change it regularly
  16. E85 will produce more torque and horse power through the mid range yes, Obviously this is going to be more load on your transmission and engine components such as Rods and bearings... But, it will be more reliable in the case of being more detonation resistant. The more boost you can jam down its throat the better the ethenol works..18psi isn't much but it will still improve on ethenol
  17. location?
  18. Brilliant, cheers guys
  19. Thanks once again Bob, I've ordered the parts already through rhd Japan, I wanted to buy the outer weather sheild for both doors but they were ridiculously expensive so I've passed for the time being. I will look at the site u have recommended. Do you know if he does window tinting or glass chip repairs?
  20. Lol took longer to open this thread
  21. Bob you are a legend! I've actually had to cut the nut off the rear wiper as it was that rusted that I fear if I used a breaker bar I would break the glass From memory that's cheaper then windscreens obrian I'll give him a call when I get the parts in
  22. Cool thanks for the reply mate, it looks ok.. I'm wanting more of a stock look Mad looking interior by the way RBN1 Cevzy, do you have a pic of it fitted to your car?
