Ahh I'm assuming your back is really not in a good shape if your maximum walking speed is 4.3kph. Hopefully soon enough you can get it up to around the 7kmh. When I did my cutting last year I was doing 35-40min of walking at around 7kmh with an incline of a crew degrees.. I'm no expert but I think that would be a good goal. Like you said if you clean your diet up you will see the results come alot faster. 4kg in 2 months is still a respectable effort for someone in your situation. I reckon if your diet is decent you won't need the protein powder. But if you really want to take it obviously dont get anything with bulk calories.

I don't think there is a "too little" amount of supps you can take.. ive personally lost nearly 5 kg in the last 6 weeks and I haven't been taking any supps at all whilst maintaining nearly all my strength All ive done is the basics 1 drink only water 2 cut down on carbs ie breads, pasta, rice 3 cut out processed foods 4 Add 10- 15min of intense cardio in the morning before my weight regime in the arvo (doing 3-4km on the rower usually, the thin air at 4500ft gets me breathing heavy pretty quick lol) 5.Keep up a reasonable intensity during weight sessions 6.Stay off the piss What are the limitations of your cardio in regards to your back?

I would be really pleased if they end up doing a syncro set. I do wonder though how the larger input shaft will effect the torque load on the clutch as its a bigger diameter. As our engines are going to be very torquie already I hope this doesn't cause the clutches to slip. Did you ask PPG about that?...or maybe PPG can up the pressure plate clamping force?? Its all good mate, if you decide you want to do the gearbox we can do it at the workshop when I get back. Not only did Piggaz clutch last that many launches at that power.. But it now makes over 450rwkw and out lasted his OS giken gear set. What did he do when he pulled the clutch out last time, put it straight back in as it was still good to go Mine isn't even a c spec and it hasn't slipped with over 420rwkw Most street able clutch you will ever use as well

why not use a C-spec Nismo copper mix twin plate?

Looking at cleaning up my LMGT4s by getting the rash off them, some of the "Nismo" decals are also starting to peel off so I think its time to replace those as well my question is can, and where can I buy the decals in Genuine form in Australia, ive found some overseas in America As you can see here, the RHD decals are actually an "O" instead of a solid red dot like mine does here Im hoping to find genuine decals with the solid "O" in Australia cheers in advance
