Lol well that's it isn't it.. It takes a bloody long time to put on "pure muscle" It's taken me nearly 5 years.. With a couple of Injuries ie broken hand to put on 17kg of muscle Some people love talking up

After 7 weeks of holidays which consisted of 3 cardio sessions, managed to knock out a 2.4km at 8:46.. Thinking of switching to those toe shoes.. Learn to run old school and build some bigger calves

Man I reckon you would have better response and make more power hey, as long as your running E85 and the rest of your setup is in check. The 2.8 makes a big difference!
