  1. If you get something made up, remember it needs to have the missing teeth for reference, I have 280-290 missing from memory Mine is a 36 - 2 wheel, also you need to make sure that the wheel is balanced and not too thick as it will foul on the front timing cover I used 6mm but I put mine on an ATI balancer but measure your own Are you using a Ross trigger kit? Ensure the wheel runs directly over the sensors, around 2 mm spacing mine is from memory.. Too close or too far and it will not work properly. It's a big job man
  2. Yea they re a rip, unfortunately unless you have the program and a water jet cutter/other machining equipment it will cost you more to pay someone to make it
  3. Have you asked Ross? If they don't make them you can make your own
  4. Pm d mate
  5. Rear calipers from what?
  6. I just bought a Bosch one and mounted it in the piping just after the cooler
  7. Awesome thanks for the reply, gonna shoot you a PM mate
  8. Point to note: The black 32 is mine and I have a 33 rear subframe which makes the rears stick out a bit more

  12. Anyone got pics or some sort of design I can have a look at for an under body tray?
  13. Thanks mate, Finally got the chance to look at the fault codes I'm getting fault code 16 (lateral g sensor or circuit) Gonna pull it apart and check for damage or lose connections then check voltages Pretty sure it's the sucker under the glove box
  14. Hi lads, Are we talking about the Lateral G sensor here? I've got fault 16 (lateral G sensor or circuit) Symptoms were when I got the car running it was fine, then stated to intermittently flash when going over bumps but still worked. Now is on all the time with the ABS, any ideas? I'm going to pull it apart next weekend
  15. Remove clutch slave, remove four bolts from diff input flange Shaft slides out
  16. So on the back side of the t case there's a round part that protrudes out. You still and tap a thread and use a bolt to pre load the actuator. I'll get a photo next time it's on the hoist
  17. Main problem with that mod is it can be hard to seal the thread so you may get a slight leak
  18. Yep I've got it, I haven't really had a play with it but the car does feel like it hooks up a bit better.. Obviously I could preload it more but I would need to be careful on the 2wd dyno as to not burn out the t case
  19. Pull the plug on the idle control next time and see what happens
