  1. Fairly certain they are a steel wheel plain bearing turbo.. from memory they are rated to around 600hp as a pair. Theres a few results in the 26 thread where theyve made around 350-360rwkw I use to have them as my old set up and to get full boost by that rpm is about as quick as they will come on.. mine were around the 5000rpm mark They are an average turbo and there are better options out there... Go a big single
  2. I will be giving Pete a call.. i need my a/c compressor repaired along with some custom plumbing made up.. Pete should be able to help me out you reckon Jonny?
  3. Was a good idea mike, would have fitted nicely if I hadn't already mounted my torque splitter/rwd switch there
  4. Thanks Terry I just picked up a brand new one for $400 the other day
  5. Are you hell bent on buying a PWR one? I just installed my racepace triple core in my 32 today, went in sweet and it retaines the factory shroud. From what I've been told by people in the know I don't see a reason to have a radiator so big that it can't retain the factory shroud and fan. Getting a thermo is just going backwards in any case. If the vehicle is in motion there would be plenty of air passing through the radiator If you are not in motion or at low speeds, then yes you defiantly need a fan going to draw air through the radiator. A mechanical fan does a better job at this then a thermo. Also having the shroud will be advantageouse in directing air where u want it.. At the end of the day the mechanical fan and shroud will kick a thermos ass if your barely or not moving.. And if you are moving it doesn't matter so much
  6. Thanks Mike, Ill dummy it up and see how it looks BTW my clock works
  7. Hi guys recently i destroyed an AVCR display by leaving it mounted obove the centre console in front of the air con vents.. long story short sun got to it and it stopped working so now i have another one and im keen not to make the same mistake. Some of my ideas where where the ashtray is in the centre console (didnt really fit) on top of the steering colum (blocks the rest of the gauges) where have you guys put yours, i still want to be able to veiw it so i can see the read outs cheers in advance
  8. In the arvo probs around 3-4ish I would say
  9. whats a 6cm deficit? your standing on a platform?
  10. I find it very hard to go straight into deadlifts in my back sessions.. So I start with seated rows and that gives me a good warm up ready for dead lifting.. I feel as if the lower back is a lot more loose
  11. Good work birds. Though surely you could go 5kg increments. I did 5x5 with 5 kg increments and It Worked great for me for quite a while. The thing to keep in mind is that dead lift isn't just brute strength as much as it is technique (im sure you k ow this already) The more you deadlift the more your body recognises the pattern for an efficient deadlift. I dare say you could go 5kg a session. It's very much mind over matter and if you believe you can go up 5kg a week I reckon you could
  12. They come up to you and tell you your small? Give em a smack in the head and tell them to wake i to themselves
  13. Still pulling like a freight train, engine is coming out for racepace sump and a few other things soon.. Ill take ya for a spin when it's done if your keen
  14. I'm sure Geoff at full race would be able to help you out
  15. Brighton mate.. I've confirmed it needs a new neck, change the neck and BAM! You have a new radiator Will be out tomorrow arvo
  16. Yea hybrid training is what I've been doing for a bit and its working well for me.. For your big compound lifts ie dead lifts/ bench/squats/overhead press I do strength (5x5) 2-3 min rest I start my sessions with compounds Then I move to higher reps for the rest of the routine ie 8-10 reps. The key here is intensity, it doesn't really matter how much your lifting as long as your flogging the muscle 60-90sec rests between sets. To Finnish I would say you need to work out 4 -6 times a week. Eat right with plenty of sleep you'll be right
  17. really! no one wants a free radiator??
  18. Looks good Brad, have you mesasured the temperature drop before and after with this set up... i know its oil not fuel, (just for a rough idea) are those pics off an R32 GTR?
  19. Well i guess the other question is what are you training for? strength or hypertrophy... both will build mass, just looks different
  20. 165 is still alright. What are you like 75kg now?
  21. Cheers Bob ive seen a few examples of fuel coolers now where there is on a couple of rows of tubbing, Is this all that is required? i would have thought that it would need something with a few more rows. i do like that design though as it "looks" like it has a very solid build and would resist damage from stones/rocks etc This http://www.summitrac...80125/overview/ I dont exactly know how it works, im guessing this is very similar to what you have
  22. lol riiiiiggghhhhttttt... a freind gave me a big bag of chalk once... never used it
  23. who uses powder? your deadlift is improving Troy
  24. Just be careful you don't damage any threads.. Did see a Broken cam due to a loose cam cap where the bolts had been pulled through the head
