  4. well someone correct me if im wrong, but you will see flat spots at the top end of dyno graph where the engine is reving hard

  6. your right about the not getting too light, being bigger sure does have its advantages asthetically u look bigger under a shirt, but woudlnt mind keeping the size with the abs showing through... obviously you cant have both unless ur juiced up ill just train hard and eat right and see what happens... cant go wrong with that haha
  7. well youd have to be under 10% i reckon.. maybe closer to 7-8. results will be interesting gettin there mate, bout 90kg atm... i dont really have a goal which is probably not a good thing ideally id like to keep as much lean mass as possible.. even try and put on some lean mass if i can

  15. A fury pet Na catalytic converter, a small cylindrical emissions killer, look under the car and you ll see it... Smaller then a muffler
  16. manifolds and airbox should be ok... There's a restriction somewhere between the back of your turbos and ur cat.. "high flow" your cat and get some big dumps and front pipes
  17. So to confirm iI could keep my turbine housing but I would need to swap out the compressor to match up with the new wheel design? Is there any back to back testing of the old wheel design vs new?

  21. i guess try and eat 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight and keep up your carb levels anyway possible... when ur body is sick i imagine alot of energy is spent fighting off the illness so keep eating as much as u can i guess... if i couldnt eat solids id be smashing milk shakes haha
