  1. well youd have to be under 10% i reckon.. maybe closer to 7-8. results will be interesting gettin there mate, bout 90kg atm... i dont really have a goal which is probably not a good thing ideally id like to keep as much lean mass as possible.. even try and put on some lean mass if i can

  9. A fury pet Na catalytic converter, a small cylindrical emissions killer, look under the car and you ll see it... Smaller then a muffler
  10. manifolds and airbox should be ok... There's a restriction somewhere between the back of your turbos and ur cat.. "high flow" your cat and get some big dumps and front pipes
  11. So to confirm iI could keep my turbine housing but I would need to swap out the compressor to match up with the new wheel design? Is there any back to back testing of the old wheel design vs new?

  15. i guess try and eat 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight and keep up your carb levels anyway possible... when ur body is sick i imagine alot of energy is spent fighting off the illness so keep eating as much as u can i guess... if i couldnt eat solids id be smashing milk shakes haha

  24. Hi guys No longer have a need for these parts, everything is in excellent condition 1. Gredy Y pipe, good for setting up single conversions $220 comes with silicon pipes to match afms 2. Near new Apexi air filters (shown attached to Z32 AFMS) $60 3. Modified "twin turbo pipe" reduces turbulance and turbo shuffling by welding a metal plate down the centre of the pipe .. increases power and response $150 can get more pics of the modified pipe on request located sydney Pm or message 0432528844 cheers
