You can copy the setup ANGRYRB is doing and do the twin scroll low mount setup which should make it come on hard BUT it's still a lot of cost to get there...

Power doesn't make the car undrivable... Mine is so good to drive around daily and makes the power when needed... Clocked up 400kms today and loved it!! I agree with a lot of the comments, a lot of expense for a return that will be good but nothing to rave about... Hope you work it out...

Yep i have been running one for ages! George was awesome to work with! I had to get mine welded up as i was short of time but it works great!

Varex will still cop you a defect if they are in the mood... You cant pass an inspection with one of them fitted! BUT if the car is clean and quiet there is a good chance they will leave you alone! Glad you got in touch with Timmy!

One more thing, Can you extend the hoses and hide your boost T on the inside of the airbox by any chance? If you can, it will help!

I sent Tim your details in regards to the brakes The legal Db is 90db for skylines i am pretty sure! In saying that we got an EPA defect for a Diesel landcruiser SO try keep it quiet to avoid unwanted attention up here! It sucks i know! Pillar gauges are deemed a no no too! Aftermarket BOV are a cops pet hate, so are pod filters... So by doing the airbox you have fixed one thing BUT if you add a BOV you are back to square one, my advice is.... dont!

A dyno run for $400? I wouldnt bother in Newcastle to be honest.... DVS JEZ is one of our good members and a NSW EXEC, he also happens to own DVS Tuning which is handy as a large portion of our local members use him! Actually quite a few travel quite a distance to see him! Either send DVS JEZ a PM or add him on Facebook and send him a message, great guy and always willing to help, he is very very busy due to demand but will always get back to you. Remember that Newcastle cops are cracking down on anything import or related and will hassle you for noise... So try keep it close to the legal db if you can to avoid hassle.

I'm the opposite, was tuned on 70 and now E85 is available near home, compensation is in the ECU but going to check it properly on dyno to be safe
