    yes i believe the window does need to be down but up as well, so both, when i replaced my door handle i had to make window go down, then up, then down, then up number of times. i could be wrong in your case. gl anyway, have a look on nissansilvia and search for what you want.

    so you took the turbo off a healthy and perfect r33 to make it a non turbo? oh god. anyway could be many problems and the only is to eliminate them one by one. reset your computer. check spark plugs, check coilpacks, check tps check all wiring from coilpacks and loom.

    as above,,, top up power steering oil if it is low.(cant belive your asking should you fill it up lol) if its low then yes pretty obvious hicas is gay so get a hicas lock bar and install in easy and will fix hicas problem.

    i recommend sanding/primering the car yourself then take it to a painter to paint it should not cost you a lot. and saves lots of cash i am doing this atm. also if you do want someone you need to post up your location
