As some of you may know TURISMO and ZCR attended the April round of the NSW-SMC and they both placed rather well (i think TURISMO is still going on about it !!) We will go up the day before (Saturday 2nd May) and stay the night at Eastern Creek. If anyone wants to come with and support/spectate or even enter the motorkhana ($55, a CAMS licence and membership to an affiliated club (correct me if im wrong)). Let us know and we can book extra rooms or whatever If you dont want to spend the night (ie drive up Sunday morning) The motorkhana started around 9 and had finished by 3:30 so there is plenty of time to drive back on Sunday afternoon Also.. we know how to get there this time so we wont have to do any U-boats the M7 is required though so tolls will need to be paid.

this movie is not showing at dendy (ie the most central) not showing at manuka (as far as i can tell) plus greater union cinemas are shit anyway. Therefor Woden.. you cant get much more central than woden, other choices are belconnen or tuggeranong and neither of them are very central.. and woden hoyts is the best of them all anyway its not like it takes more than 20 minutes get anywhere in canberra at that time of night

i used john wilson of AKZ engineering. cost me $550 to engineer my coilovers, pod filter, non standard wheels, boost gauge, aftermarket pedals and turbo timer. it took about a week to get the report back from him andi had no issues getting my car registered. i know some people have had problems with him.. i believe one was naughtyruski

i was told that you could only have one intake mode.. ie pod filter or intercooler.. not both. if you have more than one you need to get it engineered. im not saying that the above statement is correct, that is what i was told but the engineer i got my pod filter engineered because i had to do my coilovers so i thought i might as well do that too. i also got my pedals and boost gauge engineered

i got footage or ZCR, TURISMO, some runs of the red 86, michele/bec, MANG and Stinkypoo. a friend of mine is going to edit it together and im going to put in up on youtube.. i idea when that is all going to get done though

for all those who are saying its too cheap.. did you actually read that the car doesnt have an engine that is working??

ill be there filming peoples runs, if you want me to record your run just let me know before hand. im also thinking about bringing the BBQ and an esky of drinks. if people want to bring stuff to cook on the BBQ thats cool otherwise it will just be a sausage sizzle
