same with me, i havent had any problems with ACT police, or in fact any other police in NSW. i got pulled over for a random licence and rego check last week and the officer who pulled me over was really polite and said my tyres looked more expensive then my car (if youve seen it you will know ) treat them with respect and they will respect you in return. could mean the difference between a warning and a fine.

the ones you see on cannons just makes the outlet hole a lot smaller so it restricts the exhaust flow a bit to make it quieter. my cannon came with one but it looks pretty gay when its on lol.

yea the turbine in a turbo muffles the exhaust and makes it a tad quieter. you can always get a center muffler or a new one welded on for like $200 and it'll be a lot quieter ive got a standard exhaust with hot dog on my car ending in a DRIFT brand cannon and its pretty quiet most of the time.

you can get ones that adjust the height of the spring seat which then raises or lowers where the spring sits on the strut. then there are ones where you can adjust the base of the strut which gives you a lot more room for adjustment compared to the spring seat only. plus it means you can have a really low car without the shocks/springs bottoming out check out the HSD coilovers for base height ones. nothing overly complex. its the adjustable damping thats harder

get the rotors to suit your calipers. so GTR rotors for GTR calipers or GTST rotors for GTST calipers
