Its not whether or not you can purchase the 32. Its whether or not you can mantain the 32. Most people i know that buy 32's cheap end up going broke maintaing it. I would go with the 34 as its newer,

Seen a 32 with the pod filter hanging out the bonnet the other day. Owner dosnt deserve to drive a 32.

well consider yourself lucky. It is a defect as when carbon fiber is smashed it has a shattering affect. Which if you can image shattered carbon to pedestrians is quite hazerdous. -
what i would like to know is how did you know the court hearing dates? As police do not give you that sort of information?

Yes you will need an engineers certificate. As carbon bonnets are illegal. www.customcarbons.com.au sell ADR approved carbon bonnets.
