  2. Probably the gazzanats cruise.. I went to the meet and the first stop at castle plaza then left. Didn't see anyone do anything stupid, sounds like it didn't take some of them long though..
  3. FOR SALE: Item Summary: Damaged 1994 RB26 long motor, minus rocker covers and coil packs. Does have the long nose crank. Condition: Spun bearing, was limped home around 5km from where the knocking first started. Still showed normal oil pressure. Reason for Selling: No longer needed.   4. Gt3067 ftw, a mate made 317kw @ 21psi last week with a unopened rb25 that has near 180,000km on it. First he had a kkr480 that made around the 255kw mark, he said it was fair crap so he sold it and bought a hypergear turbo. Ended up having alot of trouble with the hypergear turbo and had to send it back twice.. First turbo was leaking oil and the blades where rubbing on the exhaust housing with the 2nd turbo. Also felt really laggy and it was shocking for over boosting. It did make 301kw @ 21psi though. Do it once and do it right, 3076.

  6. I think he means they arn't good handling wise and as predictable as street tyres are. When the rear gets out of shape they bite back hard and can sling shot the car into the wall once they get traction again because of the big sidewall, low pressure and soft compound. Like this

  9. This ran a 7.84 @ 174mph today at its first meet, taking the record from boostn and also beating ripsnz's time. Still setting it up and was apparently on half power. Probably the only car around at the moment that has a good chance of taking the RB record from the HKS 180sx. Some lulz.

  15. Got to love TB48's, should be intresting when they destroke these to 4 litres and start using them in sports compact. 9k+ rpm destroked and a head that flows 30% more than a mega dollar 2j head.

  18. After a pair of 245/45/17" tyres, must have atleast 60% tread.
  19. FS: OS Giken R4C quad plate clutch to suit R33 gtst, R34 gtt and R34 gtr. Retail for just over 4k including the spare hub centre to suit rb25 gearbox's and also has the push-pull converter kit. After $2600 ono Only had a couple of hours use and it's like new. "For the most extreme drag racing applications, while still retaining street drivability, the OS Giken R4C clutch is unbeatable. Power handling is well in excess of 1000hp. In fact, it has been tested in drag cars with over 1200hp with no slip apparent. However, due to the multi-plate design, it is still surprisingly drivable for street applications, retaining the same clamping force as the R3C design.Like the R3C it uses a lightweight chrome-moly flywheel, gold-anodised billet aluminium clutch cover and the necessary bearing/carrier set or pull-push converter kit as required."
