  1. I'm at Holden Hill. Pretty strong and shook the house. Same with a mates house at banksia park.
  2. yep..
  3. It's all about matching build tags, history and how clean/original they are. More of a collectors thing.. like this.. And then there's BT-1's like pannic.. It's something you will either love or absolutely hate.. Just to even it out a bit..
  4. FS: R34 gtr wheels Have been professionally repainted a darker metallic gold/bronze. Mint condition, not one scratch or mark on them. They come with Nangkang ns2 tyres, 275/35 with around 80% tread. After $2200 or R33 gtr rims with decent tyres + 1k. PM or 0433943034

^^ Can't help yourself mcdreamy.. I bet your washing machine even has 600kw haha.. Also keen on entering.
  6. Haha. It's all good, i was just stirring wayne.. Put a deposit down a motor today.. should be here and all done in 4-5 weeks..
  7. What i was meaning to say was i'm prepared to pay 9k maximum for it and that would be around the 11k mark delivered after shipping and taxes.. If it goes for any more than that price i'd be looking into getting a motor built here.
  8. I've considered this.. But weezy gets mad and reckons it's molesting it.. Might throw in a rb30et with a A6 bottom end just to make him rage.. haha Fitspatrick had a rb26 awd adapter for $450 (don't know if they still do) then there's around $600 in machine work to relocate the oil pick up then drill and re tap the rb30 for bigger head studs and a tensioner.. Thats about as much as i've looked into it so far. Yeah it's cheap at the moment and shipping is around the $1500 mark from what i saw. I'm keen if it goes for under 9k.. That would be around 11k all up including shipping and taxes. If it goes for any more it might be a better option to get a nitto 2.7 built here..
  9. It's at $5800 with 3 days left on the auction..
  10. Just got a couple of quotes back for a standard rb26 bottom end swap.. 7-9k ouch.. Looking at a couple of built long motors in japan the moment.. One's a tomei 2.8, 270 tomei cams, tomei oil pump, N1 water pump etc. in a N1 block. Motor has just under 4000k's on it.. May aswell get it checked out by a shop over there and do it right the first time i spose.. Can't justify spending that kind of money on a standard bottom end.. sucks.
  11. You look familiar... come here often?
  12. Yeah it would of been easier to take over a test and tune like we did last time.. lol He also wants a percentage of the money made from spectator entry aswell.. But being the first nationals we don't know how many will be tuning up and we have to put up the sponsors banners.. The track has been forsale for ages but it's only been in the last 6 months that he really wants to sell it. Not much we can do about it though, most of the guys don't want cages in their street cars and we need the numbers so heathcote it is..
  13. Last i heard Russell is going through divorce and has to sell it.. Doubt he will be giving it away cheap considering it's costing us close to 30k including insurance for the weekend..
  14. ^^ Good vid.
  15. Spotted a black R32 coming down greenhill rd around 4pm, Saw him give the thumbs up and i waved back. Also saw a white stagea on gold rims with polished/chrome lip turning off just after the Holden Hill police station around 6pm.
  16. After a rb20/s1 rb25/rb26 ignitor that's known to be in vgc and r32/r33 gtr rims or similar for track days.
  17. So much fail..
  18. Lol, wasn't me. The trailing arms bent on the launch and the rear dropped about 3 inches. Then the box let go shifting into 3rd. The new arms are now boxed and it was pretty unlucky for 3rd gear to go considering they have been used to run mid 9's on slicks without issues. Yeah it's pretty much rev it hard and drop the clutch or burn it out on slicks.
