Hi all, Putting the Stagea up for sale as Im looking to import something new. Quick run down - Imported this with the help of Iron Chef earlier this year, Im the first OZ owner and was purchased dead stock. I have since fitted a few mods but all standard gear will come with the car. The combo for this model is quite rare, it was optioned up from the factory with twin sunroofs, suede interior, full Dayz body kit, Nismo exhaust and suspension and other smaller things. I spent weeks on the Auctions looking for a black manual example. Ive serviced the car every 2000kms, (only done 4500kms since owning) using Motul oil, genuine Nissan filters & coolant, new Motul brake fluid, clutch fluid etc. Only ever run on BP ultimate. Car also has service history. The car is always garaged, is washed and waxed reguarly. Interior is in very good condition, no rips on seats, no cracks on the dash. Exterior is also in very good condition. Hey all, Putting up my old daily for sale as I no longer need it anymore. Quick details: 1988 Holden Astra hatchback (N13 Pulsar style) 5 speed manual Old school factory fuel injection set up Odo says 168xxx kms but stopped working around 6 months ago Interior is in very good condition. No rips in seats, no cracks on the dash. Dash mat Carpet has no rips/tears on floor Lowered suspension Pioneer CD player Paint is in ok condition, could do with a cut and polish. The good: Engine rebuilt 1 & a half years ago with new rings, gaskets, belts, clutch etc. Runs so well on fuel, I drove from Greenwith to Clarence gardens 5 days a week with only $30 of fuel! Does not blow a drop of smoke, engine also serviced regulary. The bad: Front right suspension is a little creaky sometimes and the CV joints are starting to make a little bit of noise. Only other problem is the electric fan for some reason will not come on anymore. I tested the engine fan on the battery itself and it works but the switch or sensor must be dead. (quoted $100 from u-pull it for parts) Take it as it is for $500 with no rego or $600 with 3 months. Located in Adelaide PM me for more info, Cheers Dan PIC:

Ive borrowed my mates Gram lights in 18 x 9.5 +17 all round while my Work Emotions are getting powdercoated. Ive had no luck selling my 11r's so I may as well just keep them! Still undecided on what colour to get my Emotions powdercoated in, I dont mind white now but I also like silver. Pic

Ok quick update. I cleaned up the two connections on the thermostat housing and did the boost solenoid mod. Boost seems to be staying at a max of 0.70 bar. Took it for a good drive and doesn't seem to be playing up. I'll drive it to work tomorrow, 41 degrees should bring out any issues! Thanks again for all the help!

Hey all! Hope someone can help me out here. Ive got a problem with my Stagea after driving for a short while. I tried searching for a topic that was on here a while ago that was a similar problem to what I have but had no luck. Ok, quick run down. I posted a topic a few weeks ago about my intake pipe sucking closed. I noticed my car drove like crap after 15-20mins in the warm weather. Boost would drop down from a constant 0.55 bar down to 0.30 or 0.4 bar max. The car felt really sluggish and sounded like it was struggling. I presumed it was the intake pipe so I made up the $10 mod and had a 10cm cut of 3" stainless fitted inside the intake pipe. Well, that wasnt the problem. I since fitted a boost tee, running 0.70 bar, again it drops down to 0.50 bar now after a short while of driving. From what I can gather, I believe the ECU is retarding the timing as It feels really sluggish and doesnt want to move at all. Anyone have any ideas on this? Its starting to piss me off as the car will be running really well then come to a stop take off and its a slug. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks all, Dan

Update: The Mrs has caused very minimal gutter rash on one of the wheels. Last time I let anyone else drive!! PRICE DROP $1700 FIRM Want these gone this week!

These are a deep concave wheel. the lip itself is only 2 cm

I measured from inside of the wheel, top to bottom is 420mm. Hope this helps. Thanks again

yes.... that is what I did...

Spent most of the afternoon on the car, knocked out the cat and fixed up the mounting position of the pod. So far the car seems really good and the boost is not dropping down like before. Thanks for all the help!
