how old is the nismo exhaust compare to hks silent?

just stick with honda n VTECCCCC seen alot of them on cumberland highway tried to race me.. lol i usually just laugh at their face.. but i reckont he p plate ban is really.. back in 2003 alot of p platers got turbo car so everywhere u go u can hear BOV and ppl racing everywhere
