I have a Series 1 R33 turbo for urgent sale. Model # 45V1 <1mm to NIL shaft play It did 86,000km on stock boost. It comes with front bend pipe and most oil lines, not sure which ones they are. Great upgrade on RB20 so im told. Asking $350 the lot including postage. Im on Central Coast/North Sydney Email [email protected] for pics of the package.

Here I was minding my own business on my way home from work, sitting in the Epping Rd carpark when all of a sudden I hear this cute female voice calling out to me. Now no, I wasnt day dreaming! Imagine my surprise when I look across and there is this hot gal in a grey R33 calling out to me! Needless to say after holding up the traffic for a short time while we chatted(and NO ONE even honked a horn!!) we drove off our seperate ways! Awesome to see the fine ladies getting into it aswell! FULL MARKS FROM ME!!!

Short notice skid pan day will be held at Oran Park skid pan on Saturday 6/11/04 commencing at 9am. Day will be run by Automotion Australia, these days are funfilled and informative on driving techniques and car handling. Cost $230 on the day, rain hail or shine........

Might be possibly interested. Is it for manual?? You state has base map for s1, is this mapping any better over the standard computer?

Dave: FYI I was enquiring about the problems possibly to be encountered at the RTA NSW with ODOMETER readings being different, also I was asking the OWNER as he/she has the unit and may know this information possibly off hand. As I was a genuinly interested purchaser of this particular unit at the time I feel I was entitled to ask such a question, not only for myself, but other probable buyers. To be publicly told "dont chat in here" annoyed me because of the above mentioned. As a moderater I think you need to review your tact!

Im not sure but I think I may have a warped rotor after a track day recently where the front pads(which were suppose to be high quality track pads) wore down to metal on the rotor. Sounds like the DBA4000 might be the go. Thanx for all the info guys/girls.

I note there is quite a few guys on the forums running these items. What are they like guys/girls??? Best pad to go with them??? Im considering changing the fronts over to the DBA4000 slotted/kangaroo paw ones on my 33 as I have the track day bug bigtime!!!!!

Sorry taken so long. THe wheels are both in good condition, no cracks etc. Only a small amount of shaft play ( Side to side) of about 1-2mm. If your interested PM me an offer and we can go from there.

How do you explain to RTA about the speedo readings being different out of curiosity??

Im livid I was unable to do the C3 OLT test. That was one of the main reasons i was out there that day!!!!! NICE PICS GEOFF!!!!!

Dont know exactly, but the place that i got them from(remaining unnamed) will be fixing this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im not happy about the pads issue!! They were brand new bout 3weeks ago. I was told they were up with the best of them for track days etc................... yeah right!! The proof was in my smoking front left brakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I was having an awesome daybefore the brake pads dissapeared and became metal on metal!!!! Going through turn 1 at 160km/h and coming out 170+ into turn 2 to find out you have no brakes is definately a mastercard moment!!!!!!!! Dissapointed I wasnt able to do the C3 though!!!

Are we meeting anywhere in the morning before we head out to eastern creek??? Nth Ryde Maccas again??????

Sorry its taken me so long to reply. Been really busy with work. These turbos are on heren are fair bit and range from $300 - $500 odd dollars. I will have a closer look at it tonite and let you know about any shaft play etc then you can make me an offer.

The next phase of this training is on the 8th of April as i understand it.

Its Phase 3 of the training. Was speaking to Aaron in person at the Eastern Creek skid pan yesterday for round one of the driver challenge series, at this point in time it is definately the 8th.

So I take it the 8th is judgement day??????

I will need to know the kick off time because im on a night shift the day before and nightshift that day. However i can get out of work easy enough if i have too!!! God love government jobs!!! hahahahahaha
