  1. r34 GTT front/rear (painted blue) calipers with lines + discs + brand new QFM HPX pads in box. $750 black r34 gtr style top secret front bar for gt/gtt. Few little scratches, $300 (thick fibreglass, originally bought from justjap) Cannon for n/a r34 gt coupe. Sounds amazing, has a single resonator into a cannon. $150 Get at me.
  2. I'll take it if you can organise shipping to melb. I'll pm you my post code now. I won't waste your time.
  3. theres no point, insurance will kill you it will be around 2500-3k p/year for full comp through just car (the only insurance company that will touch you) I bought an na r34 at age 19 and I regret it 2 years later for a variety of reasons but I can stress listen to the knowledgable people here and wait. Buy something else first. My first car was an r31 and I can't recommend them enough. Cheap to buy, cheap to insure, cheap to work on, easy to learn on and drive rather well. If your hell bent on making a decision you'll financially regret I recommend buying mine off me. In all seriousness what you want is either a gt-v or a gt-x (sedan). I've only seen rb25de versions in australia the rb25de is fairly sluggish commos are faster in a straight line...corners are a different story. Try to get a gt-v the lack of lsd and trouble with parts will shit you after awhile with a normal gt. gt-v's are the exact same as a gt-t just minus the turbo.

  7. SE MELBOURNE. I have a top secret style gtr front bar for er34 gt/gtt coupes and sedans. I bought this bar from justjap for $650. it's currently at $550 buy mine for $400 Never fitted to car, I test fitted the bar, primed it and painted it in nissan GV1. Holes still need to be cut for indicators though. Reason for selling is deciding on the altia front bumper as I don't have a front mount so I thought the wide mouth looked a little silly. Bar won't come with the nissan "S" badge. If you want the bar in primer ready for a shop to paint I can supply it primed for $450. Also have a 2.5" mandrel bent catback with a single resonator into a autotechnica cannon. Sounds absolutely awesome on accel and pops on decel/down shift. Would love to keep it but will have no need for it due to engine conversion. Direct bolt on for r34 gt coupes. Requires slight adjustment to hanger position to fit a sedan. Won't cost much at an exhaust place to do. $200
  8. if you can do it for 200 inc shipping to melb ill take them.

  14. as title states, have a 2.5" mandrel bent catback with a single resonator into a autotechnica cannon. Sounds absolutely awesome. 15. What brakes are they? Standard non turbo calipers or the uprated gtt items? Thanks fellas.
  16. I love how we as humans have only been engaged in heavy industry for 200 years or so and yet have the conceit to think that we're a danger to a big blue and green ball happily floating around the sun that has been here for 4.5 billion years. It has been through a lot worse than us during it's time. When we die out and finish killing eachother in the name of religion this lovely little planet it will shake us off like a bad case of the fleas.
  17. okay. what this means is, when masking up an area you wish to paint or blend into existing paint you want to hide the fact its been painted. Just masking it up with a peice of tape will result in a "hard line edge" making it clearly visible to the world that you've painted that area. a "soft edge" is achieved when masking like so. notice how I put down a strip of masking tape, folded half of it over, leaving it loose, then taping that down firmly with another bit of tape. this is how you acheive a "soft line edge" and avoid paint build up resulting in a "hard line edge" As you can see in the pic above I was priming, this method of masking should only really be used for priming. you don't need this masking method for painting. You should be either painting the entire panel or blending the entire panel. Either way you won't need this method and soft edge masking is only used when you want to spray a tiny bit of a panel. When applying colour/clear coat/blending agent the whole panel your painting should be available to be sprayed. cheers. If you want to see my guide on painting go here. http://mcc.xcesiv.com/forum/showthread.php?t=141

  19. just so people know. r33 gtst calipers do not bolt to non turbo er34's. they share the same bolt size as turbo gtt 34's. 14mm as opposed to the r33 12mm. luckily I didn't buy 33 brakes before measuring my own.
