hay all please help,had the day of today and installed my greddy temp warning gauges oil and water. was all sweet,working,until i put the units, wirring back and the centre console.turned the car over and nothing there not coming on,so pulled it all apart again checked wirring, connections still nothing, is there a fuse in the units that maybe shorted out when i put it all back in, any thoughts on what could be the prob? thanks

hay all quick question will a r33gts diff housing bolt straight into a 32 gtst?a simple unbolt mine and bolt up reason i ask is because i can get a tomei trax 2 way lsd in a r33gts housing for a good price. if someone could please confirm. thanks dean

thanks for all the input,was just asking about the pistons gtr didn know the difference in size(bore).buget don't really have one just don't want to go stuiped.as i have just purchased a 2way and coilovers and in the process of buying a turbo 2530 maybe 2535 or 40 considering the build,thoughts?

what about rb26 r34 pistons there pretty much brand new my brother has one and has put an hks 2.8l kit into it and said he'd give me the stock ones?whats the difference in the size of the pistons bettween rb20 and rb26 ones?

plus gonna have my liecense suspended for three months so figured why not as well wont be tempted to drive it(without an engine)hehe

more power,yes i am on a tight buget but have a brother that owns an engine reco workshop ie can do all the engine machining block blue printing ect.......for free and have a friend thats a good machanic that is gonna pull down the engine with me and put it all back together.+have alot of the parts for it already.

hay all just have a few question,firstly its an rb20 and for the build i so far have r33gtr cams,crank shaft and conrods. to fit the crank and rods the engine needs to be machined?for clearances?also can get some rb26 pistons for cheap,or would i be better of getting some forgies although i am on kind of a tight buget?also what kind of displacement would this take the rb20 to +do for it torque wise? thanks all in advance

hay all, my problem is i recently installed a boost controller and wound my turbo(stock) to 12.5psi.now when full boost hits somewhere between 4500-5000rpm the exhaust starts to make a poping sound and the car starts to miss fire(wont pull anymore).my car is a r32 gtst with a full exhaust,fmic,chipped ecu,pod filter.my thoughts are that it could be one of 4 things the coil packs which i checked today seem ok,the spark plugs, or that the injectors or fuel pump is maxing out, any help would be great. thanks

also does this version fit on a rb20 with minimal modifation,its of a later model 300zx twin turbo?
