Nice car, the blue looks great! Where did you go for the ID check? Hopefully nothing too major to fix by the looks of it, should be able to do the lights. When I had to do my tint for inspection I went to a tint place and they removed the old one (which let me go through the inspection) and then put new - legal stuff on afterwards, all for the same price, i.e. let me do it over 2 visits to them. I am sure many places would do the same. As for the gauge/pillar I guess a Japanese wrecker/workshop place, depending on where you are in Adelaide there are different shops.

Amazing! Have been watching the progress via the Omori blog (what there has been anyway) - I am travelling to GTR Festival in Sydney and this is one of the reasons why! I understand why the V-Cam was taken off but I am impressed someone in Japan was so keen to get the best from the car they fitted it in the 1st place! + 1 on loving to shoot it on the side as well!

What are your buying and selling plans?
profaine replied to Steve85's topic in General Automotive Discussion
Would like to grab another Skyline (33 GTR) before the prices go even higher. Would also like to get some NISMO parts for the current fleet. Could flip the current lot for profit but would end up regretting it! -
Can anyone add to this thread? (I hope not in terms of damage, etc.!) It has been a year and wondering if there is anymore information available regarding famous, thanks.

A gentleman with an incredible NISMO spec build fitted some to his car approx March 2016, I don't want to steal his thunder but it is here (along with the rest of the build - definitely not works safe, incredible car!). Interested to know your thoughts regarding performance, etc. I don't believe ALL cars that have them stock take them off! http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/179010-bnr34-suspension-refresh-nismo-upgrades-7.html

Nice, I feel the full NISMO 'build cars' are going to be the most sought after behind Z Tunes... -
Really interesting! No idea how you would value such a car, auction records if anything similar has sold recently...

Lambo Aventador First Drive - Autocar
profaine replied to ras1983's topic in General Automotive Discussion
It is a very 'edgy' styling but it is good to read that they have made a host of improvements to the handling etc, but to anyone does that sound like the transition from Murcielago to Aventador is possibly (?) like the transition from the R34 GTR to R35 GTR ie it is easy and maybe almost slightly boring to drive on the edge/at full speed? Or is it just modern supercars are so refined/electronically controlled it makes them easier to drive for everyone and they are less 'wild on the edge'. -
