OP, we can't tell you anything about the pump without seeing the pump itself. For all we know, the original owner could've locked their kid in the boot and the kid has got his textas out and started doodling on the fuel pump access cover. Can you get a pic of the pump at all? It's like me showing you a picture of a GTR without the bonnet open and asking if the engine has forged pistons.

Ha, you guys are amateurs. Before MYKI came in, it was a case of "Oh, me solly. Me no spick engleesh" whenever the inspectors came around. If you were a white caucasian male, probably wouldn't of worked. But because I'm an white caucasian male trapped in an asians body, it's very believable. As soon as the inspector gets off the train, I'd be like "Damn flamin' snake in the grass, that was a close one mate. Ol' bugger almost ad' me"
