  1. Will be there tonight. Hope to catch a few old faces and meet some new ones
  2. Ewwww sucks to be someone unlucky enough to have the S1.5 steering wheel on their S1 R33 hahaha S2 > S1
  3. I think you guys are talking about the S1.5 steering wheel. Ughhh!
  4. Thanks mate! You could always get them powdercoated gold, but to be honest, the colour looks much better and "in-depth" (if that makes sense LOL) in person and photos do NOT do these wheels justice!
  5. Hey mate, you're probably going to hear this alot and you'll probably hate it but you're better off saving and getting yourself either a 6boost or equivilant manifold. It's not so much about the power gains (if any, as some may argue) but whether the manifold will hold up and resist cracking/fracturing. The cost of buying a cheaper manifold and having it crack, and then the cost of labour to remove and either fix or purchase a new one, will outweigh the cost of getting a slightly more expensive one in the first place. True that the cheaper one may be equal quality against a more expensive item, it's kind of a hit-and-miss sort of deal. I run a 6Boost high-mount manifold and cannot fault it, so that's what I would reccommend
  6. Hahahaha she doesn't have to know how much you brought them for. As far as she knows, they only cost $600 My missus hasn't mentioned anything to me about plans for this Saturday yet so all good with me champ. Shoot me a text or give me a buzz a bit later on mate. Mods probably wondering why there's so much chat in a for sale thread baaahaha
  7. Hahaha C'mon Paul, save up the dosh you've got now for wheels and keep it in the bank until you've got enough for these
  8. Just curious, how have people gone in terms of registering a RB30/26 or even a RB30/25 in VIC? Apparently can't be done since RB30s are older than most of our Skylines?
  9. Anyone reccommend a cluster specialist that can fit dial overlays and fix/test the cluster? My cluster has been at a "reputed" place just off Eastlink in Ringwood for over a week now and hasn't fixed it and won't fit the overlays On a brighter note, buy my wheels!! http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/409028-genuine-forged-18-bbs-rg-rs-in-staggered-fitment/
  10. This still going ahead for this Friday? Maybe make a enw thread/change title if it's still happening?
  11. Should also add, I'm happy to organise a courier for anyone that's interstate and interested. Should cost about the $100 mark as my new 19" wheels and tyres came from Newcastle (or Liverpool, can't remember LOL) NSW to VIC metro for less than $80
  12. Some pics of them on the car can be found here (about halofway down the page): http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/130489-post-up-your-r33/page__st__3880 And before the spacers, here (about halfway down the page again): http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/130489-post-up-your-r33/page__st__3340__p__6213078#entry6213078
  13. Regretfully I've gotta sell my 18" genuine forged BBS RG-Rs which were on my R33 GTS-t. Have kept these in storage since purchasing new wheels but the missus wants them gone as we need to make room in the garage. Being a forged wheel, these are an extremely light wheel and their unique hue really sets them off. Have received nothing but praise for these wheels and these wheels are featured on my 33' in an upcoming issue of Performance Import Magazine. Fronts are 18x8.5 +36 and rears are 18x9.5 +38. These were a perfect fit on my R33 GTS-t and I even used some 20mm spacers to push them out just a tad to make them even more aggressive, though I did require some camber to avoid major guard work. I will also include a pair of 20mm spacers with the sale of the wheels. Tyres are included, though there is some camber wear on the tyres (refer to above statement about running camber). I think fronts aren't too bad but rears are just on the indicators, so still good enough to drive around until you can get yourself some new tyres. Will also include in the sale a full set of genuine BBS wheel nuts too. Structurally, these wheels are perfect with no cracks, buckles etc. Cosmetically, they have a bit of gutter rash (thanks to the tool previous owner who didn't know how to park a car) but overall, still goregous wheels that plenty of SAU members who have seen them can vouch for. Will upload pics later tonight when I get home, otherwise I can send pics via. phone. Price: $1700 ONO Either reply here, shoot me a PM or text me on 0402 732 860 Cheers.
  14. Anybody know anybody in the market for a set of genuine forged 18" BBS RG-Rs in staggered fitment?
  15. Price + condition of steering wheel without airbag unit? Cheers.
  16. Unless it's a S1.5, the S1 didn't come with an airbag wheel so shouldn't have too much of a problem? Unless you're talking about the fact it's an un-padded wheel.
  17. Can't make the meet if it's this Friday but if it's next week, then I should be in
  18. No doubt about that mate. Car community tries to work with the local law enforcements and the police just throw it back in their faces. Very low act.
  19. ^^^ xALmoN is correct. Regardless day or night, 10+ skylines will NOT blend in with traffic haha
  20. WTF?!?!
  21. To be honest, at night would probably work best for me mate. I think for most people, a night meet would probably be more attractive
  22. Same same.
  23. NFI as to why the pic is uploaded so small hahaha EDIT: Fixed LOL
  24. New pic of clear indicators. Will have RPF-1s by the time this weekend rolls around haha: Thanks to Joe_89 for the indicators, top bloke
