  1. Cheers for that, I'll give them a call now and confirm pricing No problems, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks bud
  2. WTF? So that's $20 to get them clean, flow tested AND new O-Rings and pindle caps? If so, that's a bargain cos it's only $120 for a full set of 6 But I'm down in VIC so I'm hoping for someone abit more local who will do it for a reasonable price. Thanks anyway bud
  3. Hey, I'm looking into getting my injectors cleaned and flow-tested within the next couple of days and was wondering if anyone could reccommend a place for me? From searching, I've come across the following which have been suggested: - Petroject - AzNew Injectors - Pro Flow - CREATD - Sabbadin Any others I should add o the list to call up tomorrow for pricing? Speaking of pricing, I called a place today regarding getting them cleaned and tested and because they are side feed (as opposed to top feed), he charged $44 per injector, which doesn't include new O-rings or anything. Is this pricing structure for side-fed injector cleaning the norm or is the guy taking me for a ride? Also, anyone know how much a couple of O-rings for S15 injectors are? Cheers.
  4. Can anyone confirm what size studs are required for connecting manifold to turbo flange?
  5. Sorry mate, but I can't find him on eBay Could you post a link? Cheers.
  6. Cheers bud, will hit him up
  7. Interested a group buy for a Z32 AFM PM Sent
  8. BUMP!!
  9. Hey, I am currently looking for some Jap Spec S15 480cc Injectors for my Manual Series 2 R33 GTS-t Skyline. I only need 4 of them as I already have 2. I am located in the South East suburbs of Melbourne so am willing to pick up but will also pay postage for interstate items. I'm on a budget, so am looking to pay a reasonably cheap price. PM me if you or anyone you know have any for sale. Cheers.
  10. Thanks for the turbo Eskar Great seller to deal with and will happily buy from him again
  11. Ahhh I see, cheers for that
  12. Thanks for the info Johnny. Kind of slightly off-topic, but I have a Greddy Informeter that measures injector duty in "ms". Is that the latency you're talking about? The .63, is that the maximum value?
  13. Alright then, that's good to hear. The only thing now is seeing if my Emanage will support 740cc injectors, which is why I need to know the stock injector size. It's around 370cc is that correct? Also, series 2 RB25det use side feed injectors yeah? Are top feed injectors able to be used?
  14. Would I run into issues with using overly large injectors for my application? I don't plan on going over 290rwkw, and even if I did, it would be WAYYYY into the future lol
  15. No worries at all mate, thanks for the reply. I guess I'll forget about the S15 injectors then. What sort of cc injectors will I need? I found a general rule of thumb was 1cc per hp so my power figure requires 400cc as a minimum. Is that correct? What size are standard purple top RB25det injectors? Cheers.
  16. Hey, I'm looking to upgrade my injectors in my S2 R33 GTS-t in preparation for my ATR43G2 turbo upgrade. At the moment, I'm still running stock injectors and want to know what injectors are best suited to my power goals? I've looked at Nismo items but are abit pricey and I'm leaning towards the Bosch, Siemens and stock S15 injectors. My power goal is roughly 260-270rwkw, though I do wish to have a little but of headroom with the injectors (that is, I don't want injectors which will be at 100% cycle duty @ 270rwkw). I'm leaning towards S15 injectors as I read they are drop in items and can be had fairly cheaply Current mods: - 3" dump/front pipe - high flow cat - blitz sus pod - blitz turnflow intercooler - turbosmart e-boost - 3.5" kakimoto catback - E-Manage Blue - 12psi Current power figure: 195rwkw Any advice/recommendations would be appreciated. Cheers.
  17. Ooooo, I see. So let me see if I get this right: - weak coilacks require a smaller gap so that there can be spark, but itsn't so good for performance (but can eliminate misfire) - coilpacks with a strong punch can utilise a spark plug with a larger gap (due to being able to create a bigger spark over a larger distance) and can increase torque - running a small gap (eg. 0.7mm) on a set of new coilpacks isn't "bad", but not doing myself any favours in terms of performance. Correct?
  18. Alright then, no worries. I just wasn't sure if they're is any negative effects on the car if I ran a close gap with a brand new set of coils. I prefer something local so I'm pretty keen on the Yellow Jackets Cheers for the info. What boost are you running?
  19. Alright then, no worries. I'm looking into the Yellow Jackets as they seem to have a pretty good rep and are good value for money. Yeah, I've read that the standard coils are excellent but cos abit over $1k though So if I left it gapped at 0.7mm witht he new coilpacks, is there any sort of negative effects that I might induce (eg. fouled plugs, overheating coilpack etc.)?
  20. BUMP!! Still looking for one unfortunatley lol
  21. Thanks for the replies guys. Sorry, I forgot to mention the car is making 194rwkw @ 12psi (standard turbo). So should I get new plugs gapped to 0.8mm with a heat range 7 or am I ok to continue using the new ones I dropped in today? Cheers.
  22. Hey, just a quick question, today I had my spark plugs replaced and gapped at 0.7mm hoping to fix my minor misfiring issue. It still hasn't made a difference so my next and final port of call are coilpacks (after checking everything else) so I was wondering if I got new coilpacks, am I still alright to keep the spark plugs and the gap of 0.7mm? If it's not alright what sort of problems will I run into if I kept the gap? Plugs are heat range 6, copper and 0.7mm. Cheers.
