  1. Still works but not all the time, so I guess that it wasn't the connection.
  2. Hey guys as the title says, gradually my turbo timer stopped working. It sometimes turned on and sometime it didn't. I concluded that the problem is in some sort of connection. I took off the plastic surroundings and cleaned and soilders all the connections again. Since then it stopped turning on full stop. I have looked at this tut showing how to do this (APEXI). This is a photo of wat the connection looks like: Any suggestions?
  3. wat do most people purchase? Because really there is minal difference price so i will purchase which ever once will give better results. Is it true that adjustable one reduce the life of the tyre?
  4. Ok i have done a few phone calls, and now i am juggling between getting adjustable arms or just pressing in the new bushes. What is everyones opinion, price wise its simular because i would need them pressed in while the arms i would fit myself.
  5. come on guys someone must no the answer
  6. it depends really but since its an rwd i would make sure u got good ones on the back. I got 235 potenzas on the front and hancook 265 on the back. NO issue at all, just make sure that they are pairs
  7. I know that this topic has been covered before, but i want to no wat should it cost to change Caster rod bushes in a skyline 33. i have gotten a few different prices and now i am confused. Any recomendation for the eastern side of Melbourne? And where can i just buy the bushes? Also i would like to ask if people have changed them before doing a DIY?? Pedders also told me that it might be worth while changing strut tower bushes, could that be just milking it abit or could that be true?
  8. PAYMENT MADE, WAITING TO RECIEVE GOODS
  9. Sorry mate just relised the model number is here, How does the price sound?
  10. Haki for the win, unless u want a really loud exhaust. Once they are bouncing on the redline the sound tough but down low vwey good drive
  11. Don't just boost it cause u won't recieve max gains and only strain other components. U need a cooler and turbo back exhaust at least and probably some sort of induction kit
  12. I think that you need to lighten up, and laugh. No one is attacking personally
  13. ok conclusion is reached, the flodder has nothing to do with the bov accept that the plump back pipe is causing it. I have adjusted the tention in the spring and all the flodder is coming through the pod. So really the only way to stop the flodder is putting the stock bov back on?? (most poeple would like i'm crazy trying to make a skyline to stop the flodder haha)
  14. just checked, zero on idle- afm boost guage
  15. Mate, its fun when you are 16 stututututu, but as we grow up i don't its the best noise for a car to make. I should've bought a VL for that Thanks RB for the detailed explanation, i shows u no your sh&t
  16. dude i don't think that u should be having vac on idle, only when the car is running (Aka driving [moving})
  17. yer no stalling problem at all, but the flooder is. At the start it was fun but now i gotta drive into work every now and then haha dzienki krzysiu
  18. Still though why does my car flodder? with the stock BOV it didn't. I completely agree that its bad for the turbo, so i want to get rid of it.
  19. yer look i understant where you are coming from!!! but i got a bit bored of the the basic mods on it, i doubt that i'm gonna keep it on for long but its fun. Since i bought it on a week ago a already got a few other bits and pieces to make it quicker. Just a really fun car Thanks for your input
  20. Well thats wat i thought too, it was set to the softest setting. Once i thightened it up, the problem was sloved. Still need to double check cause it was too wet last night to drive it properly
  21. Yer look stress, point taken about the search part. But a BOV reduces back pressure on the turbo so there is a point if the car is boosted well over stock?
  22. I don't mean to question your, but can you shine some light on this. It's adjustable tention in the spring, so higher pressure aka boost would require more tention otherwise the valve would be opening to early? If it's too tight, the valve isn't ofening enough???
  23. ok guys problem solved, all i did was tighten up the BOV. It stopped floddering like crazy and backfire is now gone. Tomorrow i will take it for a proper drive on full boost to confirm. Btw if the BOV is on too tight is that bad??
  24. Come on guys so many people with bov and no answers? Should I wind it up all the way?
