sorry to say but i disagree with those words. while there are some import owners that are tools and other that decent, the same thing goes with police officer. don't take it as a person attack though, just don't think that should slag all police officer on a open public forum. It is showing SAU members as hoon and disgreading laws, when most ppl are not like that

^^LOl i knew the regulation where tough but that is pretty rediculous. Its a stock car lol that would mean that everything with an exhaust is an epa? When my mate got done a while back, the bloke told him to take the pod off and it reduced it by a few DB (on back off pressure)

I don't think that this belongs in the epa section of the vic forums, as i'm looking for opinions of ppls from past experiences. I curious if my exhaust exceeds 90db. My set up in my R33- i'm running stock pipes from the turbo to cat- 3inch high flow cat (catsco)- 3inch turbo back exhaust (hakimoto [not sure on the spelling]). Today I went and got the exhaust lifted to ensure that my car is legal ride height and they didn't have a db reader. I'm currently trying to tidy up any loose end to avoid and surprises further down the track, not really looking for fines either lol If ppl have facts of this issue, i'm keen to hear your thoughts. Just like any job there are a lot of formalities involved! so you have to deal with it and still maintain a level of customer/stakeholder management even if you don't have the appetitive for it. Part of the pay check I must agmit though i have definately bumped into some real decent police officers before so there should be no reason to constently slag them on here (not refering to you funkymonkey), but the occational ones do give them all a bad reputation. Its mainly the new ones or the power trips they go on.

i was just wondering how to get my CAMS licence? (obviously need to be a member of SAU) I have logged onto the website but it keeps saying error........ I need to get one ASAP so do i just need to wait for the website to come back up or are there forms to fill out?
