I don't get pulled over at all hey. Niether do a lot of others on here. And I used to go to all the 'hot spots', and never got pulled over then either. So it begs the question, are you sure you arent doing anything wrong? Or are you sure your not trying to grab attention?

Yes you are 100% correct. The new S6 is a V10, the RS6 is a 5.2L V10 twin turbo, with 426kw. Which is a LOT. Now if they put that in an 'R8' that would get it moving.

Yeah, but you also have an S4 and an S6, which are fast. Then you have RS4s and RS6s... which are super fast. So logically an RS8 would be the faster version of the S8?

Well they work when the rest of the cars aero package has been designed to work with it... Because if it is modifying the flow of air over the back of the car, but the car has been designed to not have them it could cause a negitive rather than a positive.

Yeah, and mine 4 years ago (so keep in mind 4 years of depreciation), few mods. Factory manual turbo also. Had abs etc etc. Kms were close at that time. And that was $15k, ON THE ROAD! Its a jip!

The ecu will change your fuel maps, timing etc, get the most out of what you have.. You will get more gain out of it than a fmic alone. What might be a better option for the time being is an R34 gtt standard sidemount cooler, I'm pretty sure they are still bigger than the S2 R33s, and can be picked up fairly cheap, and you cant see them. So less chance of the police picking you up for it, and people nicking your car. Id still go the ecu tho.

Keep saving. Spending 2k is worth it. Its what keeps your tyres on the ground.

Dude, by centre consol you mean the centre glove box and all? If not the lid to that would be awesome. Also by the rear seatbelt plastic things, you mean the whole thing, that goes from about parcel shelf level to the roof? And long shot, but do you have the standard rear speaker covers, and the spare wheel moulded carpet thingo cover?

For all the money you have spent already, and the small amount you are trying to save, its just not worth it. Say it runs super rich and stuffs your plugs. Theres a minium $20 to fix that. Just get the tow, dont be tight. [edit] if you are with RAC/Q/V/T etc use them, you will get a certain distance free. Just say it wont start
