Hi everyone. As no one as mentioned it. If you convert the Japanese price to Aussie dollars then yeah, you get that pricing. However, you then have to bring the car over here, if it is sold new through Nissan, it WILL attract a luxury car tax, along with other taxes, import duties etc. Then rego, insurance... Thats going to be an interesting one... So the chances of actually getting one for that price, goooooood luck is what I say. That and it isnt a 997 turbo killer. Lets not start that argment again. But they are different cars, aimed at a different market. I personally would say this is more BMW M3 competition. Which btw, pricing was released today, $157k. Thing is you can justify $160k on a BMW. Where as on a Nissan, thats a fair struggle, if you in real life had the readies to by a car of that money, would you REALLY buy the Datto?

I actually quite like it. Think about it, its a liberty GT hatch back, with a fancy pants led rear end. Not sure if anyone has seen the wrc car shots, but they look pretty good. Either way tho, if the R36 golf (not R32..) gets released over here, I think I would rather that.

I've had it all done too. Acess holes filled in with aluminium sheet, then that covered with dynamat. Those pads behind the speakers. Then the foam on the door cards as well to stop them rattleing, and to kill a bit more noise. To say the least it made a HUGE difference. Mid bass was increased, road noise was reduced. The doors now also make that nice thud noise when they close. Which is just a perk I guess.

I got a spiffing idea. Go see an engineer and ask them! If they say you need a plate for it 99.9% chance you do. Its the only way you are going to get a proper answer. Because as you can see above, most of its conflicting.

I love the media. 2010 it gets shut down. So these workers have a fair bit of time to find new jobs. At the same time 2010 Ford will start producing the focus here in Australia, which will employ 300 workers (yes its not 600, but it is a start). This will then potentially become a good export for Australia, which will then inturn have more people employed as a result. Sure its sad that its ended, but they really need to let go.

The dunlop 9000s should have gone out of production about 12months or more ago. Maybe look at getting a price on the dunlop sp sport maxx, they are the replacement.

What like a gti golf? Id prob go the new volvo over the XR5 tho. Just a little bit more different, little more sleeper appeal.

Well, you COULD take it off road, but you will brake it, and it wont get very far. Really ditto with the porkas. My boss has a RX lexus, and the guy upstairs has a porka cayenne. It could be how they are oppioned up, but they have all this plastic crap at the front, so much so I think my ceffy has more front ground clearence. Its probably for highway aerodynamics. But the front bars on both would definately be ripped off with even the hint of a bump off road.

What do you mean by adjustablity? Hight adjustable? Because you can do that with SKs kit. Or do you mean dampening adjustable? If thats what you mean, you dont really need it, and its just another thing to go wrong. Its just braging rights. My oppinion at least.

Its probably so bad because we wash our hands and all that stuff too often. Kids these days just dont have an immune system. And you cant beat that quote! Spot on, bang for buck it is by far the best suspension package you can buy. I've got it on mine with a few extras, and I have had a few ex-race car drivers drive it, and they were just blow away with how nice a ride it was, and how well it handled. End of the day, its your money, spend it how you will. But its probably worth the wait and save a bit more and get the good stuff.

Toyota wins hands down. Biggest selling car of all time = Toyota Corolla. Out of interest, what international motorsport is Nissan involved with? They didnt have a big run at world rally. F1 wasnt all that great. As much as you lot go on and on about the GTRs and bathurst, the only one they won the race was red flagged. Toyota has put in a bit more effort. Thats Toyotas answer. And yes I own a nissan cefiro.

Oh, HI MAN! I saw a bright red R34 with black wheels with a chrome lip this arvo about 4.25 at the corner of Lytton and Creek road. I gotta say, they look good in red.
