  1. hey mate. does the mines ECU cancel out the need for a AFM?? and what else would need to be done to the motor to suit the tune? is more boost, front mount and exhaust enough to make it work well enough? is it possible to reprogram this anywhere just in case?
  2. hey guys. i'm looking for a gtr copy fibreglass front bar for my s2 r33 gts. anyone know where to find one? i have lots of places that make them for s1 gts skylines but not s2.
  3. is the rear strut brace still avaliable?
  4. is the rear strut brace still for sale?
  5. hey guys. am i right in assuming that the R34 turbo will fit straight onto a Rb25 S2 manifold with all the same piping and everything with no mods?
  6. ok i understand. the only reason i am interested in getting one is that currently my front reo bar is cut to pieces and wouldn't protect my car if i hit a fly! and as the cooler that my car came with is fairly thick and has the in/out on the same side i was considering getting a new thinner cooler, new reo, new plenum. therefore i can mount the new cooler so that i dont have to cut the reo and i hate the whole wrap around pipe thing for the std manifold so i was going to get a cpc plenum to save all that piping and just make it simpler. more dollars yes i agree. i guess my reason for this topic is to see whether i am wasting my time worrying about all this or not? i dont really want to spend the money but due to the safety fact of the front end of my car i feel i should. the plenum factor is just a bonus.
  7. why do you say that it depends? do they suit mild modified cars? if installed on a standard rb25 - with only an exhaust and cooler and boost, would the car need to be retuned? if so who can re map the std computer as i'm not willing to pay for a power fc or anything. also anyone have an opinion on "monsta" intercoolers? looking at buying one fairly cheap to run in conjunction with a cpc plenum?? is it possible to run an aftermarket cooler thats 75mm thick, a 400R front bar and not have to cut the front reo? i have a realy issue cutting the front reo as its a safety item. anyone else feel the same?
  8. hey guys. just curious to know whether anyone has used one of these plenums before? any feedback from anyone? http://customplenums.com/site/
  9. question to all the experts on here.... this greddy air diversion panel as far as i'm concerned is specifically for the gtr. if it is will it fit a s3 r33 gts?
  10. this front reo bar is obviously different from a std spec r33 s2 gts-t?? i have a 400r front bar on my car however the front reo is cut to pieces and is flimsy as crap! this will suit i am guessing? looks like that lower part is the extra for the M-spec?
  11. hey. is the front reo cut out at all?? is it common for this to need cutting out to fit a front mount cooler?? doesn't seem so safe if i was to have a front end accident??
  12. hey mate. can i actually see a real pic of the alloy air diversion plate andalso a pic of the plastic one? you say you've never seen one like it so i'd like to see it as i am interested. question to everyone - do these actually work or are they just for looks?
  13. hi guys. pics attached. hopefully someone is interested?
  14. are these plastic chrome? or metal chrome?
  15. how much more power would you expect from that turbo with mild mods - exhaust, front mount, more boost on a R33 GTS S2??
  16. bought R33 gtr interior off Gamberro. were exactly as he described and got them for cheap price. quick response etc..

  17. anyone for the whole set? rear seat is immaculate as is passenger. drivers has normal wear on the corner where you enter/exit the car.
  18. mate you need to take out the rear seat first which then allows you to take out the rear parcel shelf which is held down by little clips that you get to from your boot just above the battery. you turn these sideways so that they are clipped in anymore, and then try and pull out the rear shelf without damaging it. you will then see your rear speakers screwed into the standard plastic pods on the metal rear shelf. with a little stubby 10mm spanner or a little 1/4" socket set you should be able to undo the little bolts that hold the pods in and then just unplug the wires. with the rear seat you undo the 2 bolts that are visible for the bottom half, then just above these bolts there is a clip on either side that hold the seat down. if you shove your hands underneath and feel for these just pull up hard with your hands on either side and they should come out or use a big screwdriver and lever them out or soemthing. the for the back half of the seat there is a 10mm bold at the bottom right and bottom left(make sure you dont loose the little nut that just kind of sits there) for these bolts to bolt into. then lift up and your done
  19. hi guys. got front and rear seats from a r33 gts S2 taking up space in the garage. there is wear on the front drivers side seat in the normal position but the rest are in really good condition. comes with rails of course but no seatbelt clips for the fronts. $200 for the lot. pick up only - sutherland shire sydney.
  20. interested in power steering pump as mine is leaking... is your one??how many k's on the car?
  21. hey Kevzilla. great idea moulding STI front guard sections onto your rear quarters. did you cut away the metal from the existing guard that would have been underneath?? how did you clean this up to make it look all smooth inside?? also it looks like you have a GTR front bar but you said your front guards were standard and you just pulled them out a bit.... how did you mount the front bar? looks original too with the plastic bottom lip??
  22. would you sell just front seats?
  23. where did you buy the Fuel pump and how much?? i think i need one after reading that
  24. i get what your saying. where would i find one of these "non fibreglass" front bars though to fit a standard gts? not a standard bar though... something nicer? i would be doing all the labour myself for the front end and i am a painter/panel beater as well so the paint isn't an issue. as for the damage on my current bar.... well living in sydney is just difficult if you ever actually want to drive up a driveway. i dotn think i've found one that i can drive striaght up on and while most of the time i can drive up at an angle the odd times when there is some stupid car in the way or whatever just cracks the bar where it mounts on the guard and scrapes the underneath......
