ok, so hi all. pretty bored atmo so thought id start up a build thread, basically ive owned the car for 8 years and am now finally getting it to a point were im getting happy with it, i have a heap more planned for it still so thought nows a good a time then any. cars gone throu a few changes, mainly f/end and engines. 2 fj20s, 1rb20, 3 rb25s 1 rb30/25 and now 26/30. [this is one of the early pics i got of it, if i find more ill put up went drifting first drift day at op, basically stok every thing sukd pretty bad 2nd and 3rd time, getting better...... last time at op...

Yea I no nub question just havnt seen the rear end of a r30 in awhile lol thought ti might a been different to pov spec. Btw if ne 1 needs r30 parts affordable spares in brookvale has a mint 1 they parting out

Ok so do r30 ti half shafts fit r200 I no there 6 bolt just not sure if splines r the same?

mates currently building a 32 gtr with 3.0l botttom end, holinger rwd only, he seems to thinks its better, hes got a fair idea he used to have a r3o that did 1.08s at waki only with a worked L28 lol

I wasn't having a dig I'm with ya 100% ud be stupid not to upgrade brakes susp etc just few mates have gone throu all the bs to engineer and still been defected and given grief I just don't c the point. End of the day if its that modified it shouldn't b on the road

pft.. i used rb20 mounts/brakets, motor bolts straight up to original r30 x member.. (does sit a bit to far 4ward) if ur car was allready manual , not hard to mod the gearbox xmember + also depends wat box u run, shortn tail shaft to suit. i do have my old t shalf somewhere that i got shortened, it will work if u using a rb20 box.

Easy conversion do it it'd rip when I did mine it was already regod so didn't worry. But I have since had it blue slipd and numbers correctd. Majority of cops got no idea wat they looking at unless u go high mount etc u should b fine if done well

just got eccentric a arm bushs, new mustace bar bushs surprisingly helped 2.cars pretty low so doesnt do ne help. runiing2.5 deg. carnt do much more ? tyre wear suxs, looking into a r33 rend, should sort it all out.
