hi all, ok so i need rear discs 4 the 30, (290mm) i have heard u can use 300zx as they are similar, but the hat height is differnt so need to space out caliper? which i dont want to do, my question(s) has ne 1 tried to use a s13 rear brake setup. i no the calipers + pads are same, wondering if braket and disc wouuld mount up ? or i was thinkin i could use aussie spec caliper brakets and discs? ne 1 done this ?

wow, sum crazy stories, ive got 1 2 add... id been at curly 4 a swin, when i was leaving i was goin real slow over the speed bump, this car cums up behind me so i move over to let him pass, the car then stops along side me and the guy just starts starts abusing me! trying to get me outa the car so "we can have apunch on " im there in shock goin wtf ? wat did i do ? i tell him to piss off and cruise down the road. the guy comes flyin up behind me overtakes and starts hittin the brakes, hands out the window yellin abuse, im like f*k, this guys off his head, im otta here so i pace off up the road, i pull into a servo a few ks upp and the guys followed me in ! he jumps out his car and comes runing up to me, i thought the guy was gona kill me/stab me with a needle or something, so i crak him first, he drops to the ground and the dumb f*k splits his head open! hes lyin there in a pool of blood. not moving. i thought he ws dead. i put him recovery position, and check he didnt swallow his tongue and held a cloth on his head. ambulance called. im arrested and held at the cop shop 4 7 hours. mad. because he was put in hospital im facing assault charges... i ask the cops wat was i supposed to di ? i feared 4 my life, they said i shoulda drive to the cop shop straight away and report it . wtf ? i didnt even no he was following me.. ne way the guys ok (lucky) cops wont tell me exactly but i get the feeling his blood tests revealed he was on something.. but yea, road rage at even the smallest thing can eventuate out to a massive massive thing.. avoid it !

yea no wat ya sayin, bak in the 80s the drs were new ! less moving parts has be be better, youd be able to get more lok wit s13 rack + all the aftermarket goddies to go wit it

nfi why i asked if it had bump steer , the thing would be 100 times better than the original setup ! +1 4 pics , verry keen to do r&p on mine,

yep . thats it. valves bend easy. mate did the same thing. hopefully it hasnt scored the bore/ damaged a rings. good luck buddy. feel ur pain

if u runnin a s13 crossmember, im also assuming u could use a laurel member as well to run a rb ?

ive got sum arms somewhere ill dig em up and tkke a measurement, but yea r30 are like an inch longer than 31 and s13

where bouts is this hill climb ? is it near the gong ? im real keen on tryin the dr on a hill climb !

im not 100% but if an mr has adjustable aerial it has to be the same, i tried to fit a s13 1 in but heaps differnt, the mount allows for the aerial adjuster

man wish i had,still payin the fines off ! but im slowly gettin there, i made a lil restrictor 4 the exhaust with acoke can and stuffed steel wool in there, worked well car went no where, wouldnt rev barely even drove, so thumbs up there! cheers 4 tip. i just got my pieces to plumb bak screamer,(so deer) need to get that all sorted, if i get done soon i can get a "epa" tune and c how it goes, tuners on holdays in 2 weeks so i need to hurry up, cheers but
