  8. So it's with much dismay I open the door for offers on my car. Sick of seeing it in the garage not getting driven, sick of being offered swaps for iPhones and ride-on lawn mowers. I think the price is very fair but the car market does not. I can strip some parts from the car to further reduce the price if potential buyers low-ball, and/or sell with no QLD rego. Feel free to PM with any offers or questions.
  9. Well the car is still for sale, has had about $2000 spent on it in the last month, detailed below; New RDA slotted front rotors, machined rears New QFM HPX pads front and rear All new fluids; new oil/filter, cooling system was flushed and all coolant obviously replaced, new DOT4 brake fluid, new Motul diff oil Newer low-mile turbo and new gaskets New stainless steel split dump pipe QLD rego until June, 2011 JIC adjustable front castor rods New tyres front and rear; SS595 215/45ZR17, and wide SS595 255/40ZR17 Spares are as follows; 17x7.5 R34 GT-T wheels with legal rubber (just!) Standard turbo and dump pipe, standard front rotors So, $18,000 is getting you something that is still getting maintained and well-cared for. Please come and see for yourself
  10. Rb25 Turbo, pretty sure it's a Series I as my motor is a Series I RB25 (in an S13, hence why not 100%) Was working fine, potential buyers can see for themselves the minimal shaft play and general condition. Never ever boosted, approx. 100,000km going from estimates off the motor before installation in my car. $200 pick up, from southside Brisbane or Brisbane Airport. Photos would be of a standard RB25 turbo, as it looks no different, just cleaner.
  11. Would they sell faster if I said I wanted $2900 but would take $1700 today?
  12. Pic of the tyres because someone was asking.
  13. Surely people driving R33s with 8" wide rims would like to upgrade to something a bit more serious? Negotiable on price
  14. Item Summary: Weds Kranze Cerberus 3-piece Wheels. Location: QLD: Brisbane Condition: Used Reason for Selling: New wheels Asking Price: 1700 Delivery Methods: PickUp Contact Info: PM for phone number Extra Information: Japanese made Weds Kranze Cerberus 3-piece wheels. Gold face, chrome dish. Not many sets of these in the country, only set I've seen with the gold faces. 17x9+25 17x10+37 5x114.3 Description continued: Nice wide wheels, not often you'll get 17s in 9" and 10" widths. I've got a spacer approx. 15mm on the front to easily clear R33 GTST brakes, rears will clear most brakes but I run a spacer to fill my widebody guards. Standing up with -2deg camber and no spacers they struggled to clear stock S13 guards in the rear. Bit of a pull, or run more camber and you'll be fine. Heaps of room if you had even the narrowest 25mm widebody guards. Condition: Used, overall very good. Some minor rash on some wheels, and a bit of paint has chipped off a rear near the lug hole. Wheels just balanced two weeks ago. All balance out fine all hold air 100%. Was going to sell without tyres because I'm buying another set of 17s, but if you want to make an offer with the tyres, they're Federal SS-595s, 235/45ZR17 and 255/40ZR17, 80-90% tread all round. Also negotiable on selling with the spacers, too. Make an offer Price: $1700ono, these are Japanese wheels, none of your Chinese/Taiwanese shit usually for sale here. Located in the Redlands. More photos available in higher resolutions. Also have a pair of Falken Ziex tyres, 215/45ZR17. Tread is just above the markers, still legal but only a couple of thousand ks let in them. $30, had some nice stretch when on the 17x9s.
  15. $17,000 for the car and all spares. Am going on holiday in a little over 2 weeks
  16. Alright people, the car isn't being driven and I'm going overseas soon, so if you're interested and want to make offers, by all means go ahead. Will be sold with assorted spare parts, and if you want it really cheap, no rego
  17. I'll swap my car for your R32 +$18k, and I'll let you keep the R32 with those terrible wheels. Then we have a deal.
  18. Mate I'd really prefer the cash as I have my daily aswell and am trying to get rid of a car. Unless you can stump up with some cash + your Stagea, too (which is very very nice, I've seen it around a few times )
  19. No interest at all? Tyres have just been balanced and rotated
  20. Item: 1989 Nissan S13 Widebody Silvia Location: Brisbane Southside Website: Here, among others. Item Condition: Used, but good. Reason for Selling: Making way for a house (or a 4x4). Price and Payment Conditions: $18,000 or $17,000 with stock wheels, no HIDs. Extra Info: See below. Pictures: Contact Details: PM to arrange a viewing, more photos or a test drive. 1989 Nissan S13 Widebody Silvia I purchased it in early 2008 with every intention to race it in Time Attack, Track Attack, and motorkhanas. Unfortunately, after having reached a stage where it is now ready for the race track, I come to a crossroads in my life where selling this machine is the right thing to do. I've done less than 5,000km in it during my ownership (My daily's done 50,000km in the same time instead). The Silvia's been on stands for probably 9 of the last 18 months, having various little things done to it in-between me working full-time shift work. Below are some details on the car. It's been driven twice in the last 2 months, and before then I was away for 6 weeks in Europe. It'd be nice to see it bought by someone who'll drive and appreciate it. Body: Approximately 110,000km on the chassis, all straight and no accidents. 45mm D-Max front and rear guards. The rear guards and sideskirts have been bolted on using stainless steel allen bolts to make removal easy (when I had intentions to race it, bog would've been a pain in the arse). Race-grade foam is under the guard edges to stop moisture and grit getting under it. Standard guards under the widebody have been modified for provision of bigger offsetted wheels and professionally welded (no pop-rivetting here!) Bodykit is a full genuine Japanese Supermade Instant Gentleman aero kit, including boot spoiler. GTR-style grille. Paint is Lexus Tiger-Eye Mica. Dual-square headlights, with Kaixen low-beam HIDs (June, 2009). Crystal tail lights, and all bulbs replaced with LED bulbs (June, 2009). Powertrain: Stock RB25-DET from an R33 Skyline GTS-T. Approximately 100,000km on the engine now (originally 90,000km before going into the Silvia). Smooth, never boosted, blows no smoke. KTS solid engine mounts. Has had three oil changes while I've owned it, Motul 8100 Xcess with genuine Nissan oil filters (last oil change July, 2009). Replaced original sump plug with a magnetic sump plug. R32 radiator (flushed recently, has never ever overheated). ARC sidemount intercooler. Pod filter. Splitfire coilpacks replaced less than 2year ago. Mod-plated. R33 GTS-T 5sp manual gearbox, pulled from the same car as the engine. Nice solid shift, and one of the toughest boxes Nissan made. KTS gearbox mount. Motul gearbox oil, changed in September, 2009. Mod-plated. Clutch is an NPC heavy-duty organic item. Just bedded in, very bitey and would be able to handle a lot more power if the boost was wound up on the motor. Machined flywheel. Rebuilt clutch master cylinder October, 2008. Receipts for clutch work September, 2009. Nismo 2-way LSD. Locks up well but is much more forgiving than many lesser LSDs. Perfect for a daily driver and a circuit car. Connected to the box via a custom tail shaft. Mod-plated. Brakes: R33 GTS-T set-up. 5-stud hubs all-round, with 296x30mm front discs and 4pot calipers, and 297x16mm rear discs with single-pot calipers. Braided brake lines. Brake master cylinder flex-stopper. As expected from a car weighing hundreds of kilos less than an R33, it stops very very well. R33 handbrake assembly. Mod-plated. Suspension: Tein Flex coilovers. Fully height adjustable, front camber tops (12kg springs front, 10kg rear). Rear suspension is complimented by KTS adjustable rear upper camber arms, KTS adjustable toe rods and KTS adjustable traction rods (purchased November, 2008, installed April, 2009). KTS rear strut brace. Tein in-cabin Electronic Damper Force Controller (EDFC). Makes a very noticable difference in ride quality with the fully adjustable dampers. Handling is amazing. Wheels: Weds Kranze Cerberus, gold face and chrome dish. Fronts are 17x9+25, rears are 17x10+37. Tyres: Fronts 215/45ZR17 Falken Ziex. Rears 235/45ZR17 Federal SS595. Electronics: Relocated battery into boot (Federal dry-cell sealed battery, OEM for Mazda MX-5, receipt showing purchase early this year and still with warranty). Mongoose M80S car alarm. Immobiliser, shock sensor, door sensors and bonnet sensor. Two remotes. HKS 2-stage boost controller (never used, but the harness is in the cabin and the controller in the engine bay, only needs to be plugged in and played with). Turbo-timer (with other functions...) Panasonic 2DIN CD and MiniDisc player. Front splits, rear 6” 2-ways. Electric mirrors, electric windows, power steering. Interior: Bride Zeta II racing bucket seats on adjustable rails, mod-plated. Will also sell a pair of brand new Klippan harnesses (one box still never opened, the other opened for inspection). Nardi steering wheel, Razo 230g gearknob, new leather gaiter, full floor carpet and mats. Still has all interior plastics. Will also sell with the car a D-Max VIP dash table (was removed to accommodate my taller passengers). Standard S13 cluster with the exception of the R33 GTS-T tachometer. All guages work 7-point Safety21 bolt-in roll cage, all padded and mod-plated. I think that's everything. The car is a pleasure to drive. It only ever attracts positive attention from other motoring enthusiasts, and in the time I've owned it the police have inspected it once (at Pinelands one Thursday). No trouble in it ever. I think, as a road-registered car that could be driven daily, it will make a fine circuit car. It has the right components to be competitive (fully adjustable suspension, tough gearbox, big brakes, cage, LSD etc) and given the low state of tune on the motor and the copious amount of torque it delivers, it has been reliable and an easy car to drive for the entire time I've owned it. If I already owned my own house with a triple garage I wouldn't sell it. But I don't have either of those things and I have to sacrifice my dreams of racing the car to try and achieve other life-long goals. Will sell with all spares, but not with the personalised plates. Will be sold with a roadworthy certificate and QLD registration through to May, 2010 (but standard number plates) unless requested otherwise. Will also be sold with assorted parts I've collected since owning it. Any questions please ask.
  21. Item: WORK VSKF Wheels plus BRAND NEW Falken tyres, never driven on. Suitable for widebody or heavily flared/rolled/beaten out guards. Have been balanced, all 4 balanced up 0 which is a first for any set of wheels I've purchased used. Stickers are still inside the wheels showing they passed factory certification, sizes and offsets. 22. Got an offset for the wheels mate? And where are they located? Cheers
