  2. What can only be described as a "wack" name for a cologne...
  3. An imaginatively titled bag 'o chips...
  4. You're too late man, Merli posted this up, like, last year...
  5. Yeah? Well blame THIS GUY!!
  6. I still can't get over all those tough GT-Rs... Please someone tell me that you guys collectively get together and enter all those GT-Rs into Car Shows? Like 10 GT-Rs in 1 stand? Nothing will get the Japs attention more than a 7 second GT-R or a car show stand with 10 big-power GT-Rs in Oz.

    how much?

Also too I think the shipping is the cheap part... from what I hear it costs an arm and a leg to get Skylines registered in the US. It'd be better to get in contact with these guys as they are based in the US.
  8. What a sick photo... you've done the Japanese proud guys!!!!! Thanks SW20-GT, tops pics
  9. Dude, I hate to say it, but Kansai Airport is on an island about 1 hour south of central Osaka by train. By the time you get to Namba (downtown) you'll have to turn around an d head back to the airport. Trial garage is down that way, but I don't know how to get there. My advice would be to give it a miss this time and organise some car shop tours when you've got more time to spare.
  10. Don't worry lads... me, Troy (evo_lee) and my mate Justin all gave the one like Ken Nomura the big finger at the Osaka Auto Messe.
  11. I just went through all those pics from the link posted above. What a top group of cars! Even the Buic... I mean Commonwhores have some nice wheels on... I've been to so many Japanese events lately, it's good to see that Aussie imports (Skylines in particular) are doing just as good! Btw, those animal motifs on those WRXs don't do them any favours  Whos idea was that???
  12. Who owns this one? Goddam wheels of the month award...:headbang:
  13. The AE92 platform introduced the 4AGZE into the Carolla range if I remember correctly (I'm at work so can't verify). The AW11 MR2 was the first one with the 4AGZE though. The AE86s had the NA 4AGE only
  14. Have driven/touched/seen one in the metal? No? So shuddup...
  15. Whats this? Since when has this been a Skyline? Ooooooh right! [sarcasm]It's that R35 everybodies been talking about right?[/sarcasm]
  16. I ABSOLUTELY RESENT THE TOTAL IGNORANCE OF THE V35 SKYLINE. PLEASE FORFEIT THIS POLL UNTIL RECTIFIED. Oh sh!t... my caps lock was on...
  17. Alright OAK, I'll see what I can do... just don't hold your breath, k?
  18. Ignorant ex-pat inquiry #477: Whats "Not Happy Jan"?
  19. You're Korean PVA but you spell Korea with a "K" not a "C"? Didn't you know that during WW2 the Japanese government changed the spelling of Corea to Korea so Japan would appear first in aphabetical order? Sounds silly but it's true. Apparently, the Corean government is trying to change back the spelling, but it's a pretty hard task as you can imagine.

    Tokai uni

Can't say anyone on here has been to, or even knows Tokai University. Why don't you get some info from school?
  21. Thats right... take a light jacket for when you go out at night. PM Demon Dave... he went there not too long ago. I have a feeling that taking a train out there is gonna be a pain in the arse though. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to hire *a* car... but hirring a V35 on the other hand... you just gotta find someone who has one available a the time. (sorry, can't help out, I'm nowhere near Tokyo/Chiba) What? You mean you haven't trained her to scope out all the bargains for you??? sorry man, I'm not in the vicinity...
  22. Yes. I posted up ages ago that Nissan makes the 3 most important decisions on any given problem/project/discussion, and Renault (read: Ghosn) makes the 23 other less important decisions...Btw, Nissan isn't dead. They're just doing business differently. All you guys are still stuck in the bubble economy years with your expectations of Nissan. I'd just like to add that Nissan aren't the only ones doing major restructuring... and I'm not just talking about car makers either. These kind of changes are happening in all levels of business in Japan, so "the good old days" are just that: old... and never to return.
  23. I realize your new to the forums, but a search on this subject would be the best, seeing as this subject has been discussed umpteen times... Click for V-Spec info
