  1. Whos to say they haven't haphazardly cut around the image of the car to add it to the magazine page, and in the process cut off the protruding parts of the rear wing (in the front on pic) and then realized their mistake, then haphazardly "added" the protruding parts again, not taking into account the "3D object on 2D medium" conundrum, thereby creating this bollocks conversation... ...I mean, look at the wing on the drivers side in the front on view,(it has an end-plate) and then look at the pssenger side (it doesn't have an end-plate) OMG! :looney:
  2. Such a difficult decision for me... but I went back to Paragons post and it just blew me away with it's.... strangeness... again!!! There you go Paragon, my vote.
  3. Alright, thanks Zanda... and with that I'll close the thread, it's a comp remember, so lets get vote casting in the Poll thread!
  4. Thanks jmp, I'll be grateful if you could.
  5. I just went through all the posts again... some awesome stuff there guys!!!! I was ROTFL and LMAO ('net lingo - yeah!) and I actually learn a few things about Japan too... well, really those postes just reinforced that fact that Japan is a crazy place. Anyway, I know who I want to win... BUT IT MUST GO TO A POLL! Please be fair, one vote per member, and I'll stop the poll when theres a clear winner. Cheers, Rezz
  6. I posted up something about the C-West arrangement in the "Rezz just took it up a notch" thread, did you see that?
  7. Theres also www.prestigemotorsport.com.au but I'm guessing you don't need to know where Australians get their Skylines, as you don't live in Australia? If you want a car importer thats based in Japan, go to www.j-garage.com... they're good guys
  8. Ooooh, sounds like an X-file... Look you ninkumpoops:D, obviously it's yet another *3-D object presented in a 2-D medium*... hence the magical wing thats long-when-viewed-from-the-back, short-when-viewed-from-the-front.
  9. Thanks guys... Pic of Perth with a completed Woodside Tower anyone?
  10. Put up my Calsonic umbrella...?
  11. Heres an update on the C-West arrangement: The Race Queens have their own schedule, and aren't neccessarily controlled by the C-West staff! Meaning: every man for himself! Yes, as far as the Race Queens are concerned, they have to do promotion work, some kind of stupid dance routine, and alot of posing at certain times throughout the day, so the SAU crew are going to have to fight the "echi-kameraman" to get shots with them!!! Don't worry guys, with 20+ Aussies and Poms there in our group, I'm sure it won't be a problem! This is out of Takuyas control... sorry!
  12. Hi guys, some of you may know about the Japan threads "Japan" pics... got a few pics of Kobe, Japan there. Anyway, I want to do the same thing, but showing Perth, for Japanese people! Has anyone got, or know of a site that has pics of Perth city from across the river or from Kings Park, with the Woodside Tower completed? (ie: no bloody cranes!) I've been searching for weeks, but no luck... all of them have a half-completed Woodside Tower. Cheers in advance! /Rezz
  13. They don't work for me...

    japanese parts!!

rsx84: Mate, as much as I'd like to help, those rims are almost impossible to find. I keep bumping into those oldskool SSR Mesh rims that look aaaaaaalmost the same, but as you've said before, you need the Hayashi Racing ones. Sorry!
  15. Just look on the 'net!!! >www.pantsunofechi.co.jp...
  16. I can speak enough Japanese to keep me out of trouble. I'm by no means fluent though. I constantly say "eeerm", "aaaah", and whatnot trying to remember grammar rules... it's not easy. Reading and writing (especially e-mails) on the other hand isn't so bad, I quite enjoy studying Kanji actually.
  17. I've never been there for an interview, but one of my colleagues has, and he said that they videotaped the interview!!! Aparently they videotape their classes too for evaluation purposes. Not fun I'd say...
  18. If it was that easy, more people would be doing it. Seriously. First up, you're gonna need some custom fabricated front fenders... like the car that this thread is about. Then you have to modify the S15 lights, front bumper and bonnet to fit the, dare I say, slightly longer R32 nose section. And you've got to make it fit properly! Big hassle, but possibly worth it. Now you know where that 10G goes for the Strawberry face kit for the 180SX/S13 and 14...
  19. My guess is you can't... unless you want to just get all the parts yourself and make them fit. Hey, I just realized! Thats what the Japs do!
  20. Thats what was in the car when he bought it... I don't think the R32 GTS-T is a big heavy car.
  21. The retail price means: the price for a new one. But yeah, thats what I meant.
  22. The R8 owner changed his diff ratios? ...that old trick...
  23. No idea, although they want it to be cheaper than the R32 GT-R retail.
  24. Where did you pull that article from Milk*? It sounds very outdated. Oh, and the GT-R Concept vehicle from the '01 Tokyo Motor Show was just a enginless and drivetrainless mock-up. Like a pre-pre-prototype body/interior, with wheels on it.
  25. Name: V35 (Skyline) GT-R Company: Nissan Entertainment Europe Release Date: 2007 or Carlos Ghosn dying/being sacked, whichever comes first. Rumoured Specification: 450+hp VQ32DETT, ATTESA-Pro, motor-assisted spool up turbos, 6-speed paddle semi-automatic gearbox. V8 option ruled out since Nissan USA was found out to thought the GT-R was some kind of SUV vehicle... Notes: By 2007, the new V36 Skyline will be ready for realease, just in time to co-incide with the release of the "Old" new GT-R... I think Carlos hasn't been honest with us...
