I hooked up with my mate Takuya, and I made arrangements for the SAU crew to be the honourary Australian guests of C-West at the 2004 Tokyo Auto Salon!!! Most drifters use the name of the shop that works on their cars (the shop name would be synonimous with drifting) or they have some kind of comment like "Drift Forever" or "Midnight Club" or something like that... Theres no sanctioned symbol... unless you want to put "D1" on your car.

Enkei Japan don't sell those rims... they're Enkei USA only, hence why you didn't find them on Takakaira or www.enkei.co.jp. Try one of the US wheel suppliers
