  1. Means: "we are drift army".
  2. No it's not... have you seen the show?
  3. mrmcderm: Hey, I heard in the US that you can drive left AND righthand drive cars without any extra certification... is this true? **waits for Canadian to tell us about Canada**
  4. *visaulizes flannel and ugg boot wearing 'Shazza' doing commando roll, while car dissapears in the distance*Sorry... but that made me crack up
  5. First pic: 1) Roppatsu Gundam - literally means "6 explosion team" <--- silly team name. 2) Omega - Oil brand 3) Hashitte iitomo - means: "it's ok to drive" <--- silly TV show title reference 4) dori you - means: "for drift" 5) sake ran or shuran (2 ways to read it) - means: alcohol induced confusion (???) or 'drunk' (?) not sure, looks like a made-up word. 6) ihou kyousou gata - means: illegal competition type... or 'mad driver' something along those lines. The guys who make these stickers use chinese characters together to form their own cool vocabulary. Second pic: The second pic uses some of the same Kanji (chinese characters) as the 1st pic, but with more very old largely unused Kanji... probably not worth worrying about other than they are club names, local area ones at that. In fact, ALL those stickers are just stupid jibberish that uncool 'Yanki' put on their cars to show how anti-establishment they are, or how hooked up they are in their car club... or whatever. I dare say that if a Japanese saw you driving around AU with those stickers they'd laugh at you, then probably ask why in the hell did you think that those stickers were worth leaving on the car. In a nutshell: take 'em off!
  6. And why???Because Macca's (city dwelling Holden rednecks of AU) can see that the current generation have hardly any support for local product (ie: Holden) so they (the rednecks in this case, posing as do gooders) are pushing the authorities to get these cars (ie: Skylines) banned by way of sensationalizing EVERY accident involving Skylines, even though Commadoor accidents outweigh Skyline accidents 50 to 1... a dirty trick, but when was the last time someone named 'Macca' gave you a fair go?
  7. I TOLD you... I've said it 1,000 times and I'll say it again:You are in Macca country. (macca = commonwhore loving, city dwelling redneck) They are irrational, and unfortunately are pandered to by the police, government, media etc, etc, etc. Every implication that can ever be derived from any import driver harrassment by the authorities can be attributed to the fact that: You are not driving a Holden, therefore you are not Australian. Period. So GTFO. Helloooooooo harrassment from all levels... I live in Japan
  8. Just hang on RiverSide, I had all this translated last night ready to post up, but then the forums went down... at work now so I'll do it when I get home.

    The New GT-R...!!!

Those pics are a year and a half old... theres been about 3 major updates since then.
  11. Rezz

    Infiniti GT-R?

Yeah, I think on Performance Forums a guy posted up the site where the Infinity name was registered in AU... why would they do that if there was absolutely no possibility of the next GT-R being imported to AU? Anyones guess, but this is pretty old news, at least 6 - 8 months old.
  12. As Troy can attest, theres no getting past my boss: a 150kg violent but extremely polite Canadian...
  13. to_sc300 you're in Toronto? I had no idea CSA wheels went to Canada... did MULLins send the wheel to you directly or through a distributer?
  14. I'm not going to TAS. My boss is being a total dickhead about me taking extra days off (like, only just NOW) after the new year break, so I'm gonna pass. Have a good time guys... Dave, will catch up in the Spring I guess??? Hahaha famous last words

    Tas 2005

    After midnight...
  16. It's a 1975 KP610 Bluebird 2000GTX 4-door with an L20 straight six breathing through Solex twin carbs. Similar to the C110 'Ken Meri' Skyline. Below are engine pics of that car:
  17. They stay in kindergarden for 3 years??? Mate if I was 6 years old just having come out of Japans version of a Munchkin boot camp, I'd wanna make a speech for sure... and I'd wanna have all those wierd looking genki drink addicted gaijins hanging around until I said my bit too...
  18. Actually no... if you wear those ratty sneakers, I'll get all the girls to ignore you...
  19. Wear your Christmas suit...
  20. Btw Troy, this friday be at Shinsaibashi OPA store (you know the one right?) at 5:30pm ok? Xmas bash @ Triangle Bar strictly invite only k?
  21. There you go... learn something new every day. The RS-01 wasactually the ZZII (the same car) but Tommy Kaira developed the car further to meet Tommy Kaira's customers standards (read: luxury interior, driveline refinement etc), so the 2 cars are actually the same... but Tommy K licenced the ZZII for use in Gran Turismo games whereas ASL weren't interested. Tomita-san (Tommy Kaira) and Sumino san (Autobacs Seven) are very close friends and produced this car together so I found out at Response.jp
  22. RS-01?? I've seen the rest of those pics mate... it's TK ZZII. You can also tell by the destinctive dual air intakes on the roof that are there for the rear mounted 'cooler.**Edit: below are the rest of the pics... yes you have to wake up earlier
  23. look at the way the engines facing... the rear wheels of the ZZII match up in the exact same place as the 'front' diff on the RB26... gearbox is backwards... I just kidding, thats ZZII is an amazing engineering feat.
  24. I'd gladly rape a Tommy ZZII for it's engine and driveline. Btw, I hope everybody knows that the ZZII is FWD until the fronts break traction, then becomes 4WD...
