  1. So can we buy these goddamn things or what??? Lol... particularly if we can get it with the 1.45A/R turbine housing.
  2. So can someone give me (and others) the gist of what happened to Nemo? Also, this maybe way old news but is anything happening with the HiOctane R34?
  3. All sounds exciting mate. Don't worry... I had no internal doors for 6 months... now that doors installed, they are such an inconvience, lol.
  4. Should do as there is no pressure. New setup will be biggest electric Weldon out of main tank to surge and a Weldon mech pump to the rail, woo.
  5. Better off having the return from the rail going straight back to the main tank not into the surge.
  6. I hope to Christ there is a carcastic undertone to that...
  7. Lol, good one! Agreed massively helpful and when I get my act together I see myseld buying injectors from him.
  8. Is that just on/off Scotty or is it a continuously variable closed loop system?
  9. That is a significant different there in where peak torque is made, good job. Poor old T78 Did you end up getting my PM?
  10. Yes, I didn't realise that was how they mated wheel to shaft. If they are patented then that information should be published, do you have any refence of the patent numbers? Would be an interesting read waht they do different.
  11. With carbon plates yes you are supposed to warm them up before hand by slipping them a little bit... hence why they are recommended for race cars and not street cars. Slipping when cold can damage plates then you are up for another rebuild.
  12. Is that about the plenum or drinking little creatures?
  13. Plenum is larger volume than stock, it should make more power on a dyno purely based on that. I am sure the whole idea is that it flows more evenly, not that anyone could ever be fkd measuring that with 20-30psi internal pressure... expensive way to pledge trust to Nismo
  14. MHI got it going on and have for some time, a pair of TD05's of an EVO9 with Ti turbine wheels would be cool a reckon (which appropriate housings of course).
  15. I am inclinded to agree. If I had my choice again I would have gone Garrett, but at the time they didn't have the range in the GTX series or the range of housings.
  16. This is good discussion! Please let us keep it light hearted (as it is now).
  17. I think you mean innovation. They haven't done anything amazing they have just allowed Joe Average buy a turbo with all the fancy stuff for a cheap price (in comparison to a real motorsport turbo that retail around $10k). You keep reading of the catalogue you need to think about what the actual turbocharger is doing and what is happening to the air.
  18. Someone is paying attention! Ok, how about WRC cars...
  19. Yes, not like the big beefy Airwerks series based on diesel applications... Ever seen a BOV on a 600hp CAT engine? Fair enough they don't throttle on/off like we would. I would only keep shaft speed sensor location just to make sure you didn't exceed recommended limits.
