  1. I got a quote with Fedex, $120.00 with tracking. Thanks
  2. Take the cylindrical tube from the boost controller and place it with the protons to ensure that you receive a positive charge. Once you've done that, rotate your boost controller 36' degrees to the left from the NW lining, and you shall leave 7 PSI.
  3. Upgrade mate: 1) spools quicker 2) reduces intercooler piping on an r33.
  4. Mate, go to your local exhaust shop that has a good reputation. Get some nice 3.5" piping made up, it'll be half the price, same quality and performance.
  5. Hi fellas, I was driving around last night, and my car felt a shit load slower. I looked over at my power FC, boost was only at 0.84 BAR (around 12PSI). It was running around 17 PSI the day before? what could have happened? I didn't touch the PFC.... I am puzzled? Any ideas?
  6. How much more power would you say they would add? For example, if my 555cc injectors max out at 330 rwkw without a FPR, what would I expect with a FPR installed?
  7. So generally speaking, how much more power does a FPR provide? Also, are there any disadvantages to having a fuel pressure rgulator over bigger injectors? (Does it increase the chance of damage to the fuel pump? Or increase the risk of split hoses? Can a FPR damage injectors?)
  8. Hi Fellas, Just a quick question, I understand the basic principle of what a fuel pressure regulator does. I have 555cc injectors and I am aiming for around 360 rwkw. Now, if I increase fuel pressure to make them flow more, what is the down side to this? Can the injectors break? Fuel Pump clonk out? hoses split? Cheers
  9. Your vote would be greatly appreciated! Weren't you runing like 365 watts in your R31? What size injectors were you using?
  10. Bumpity! I need to get at least 20 votes to make a decision by Wednesday!
  11. Use this thread to place your vote! Cheers
  12. Hi Fellas, I currently have 312 rwkw and the injector duty cycle is at 81% (using nismo 555 cc injectors), without a FPR My aim is to get my power up to 360-370 rwkw. Using basic extrapolation ((0.81 x 365))/312)=94.7%), I get an injector duty cycle of around 94.7%. However, if I install a Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR), I will be able to increase the pressure, thus, making the injectors flow a bit more. Anyway, I need you opinion on what power you think the injector's would max out using a FPR with my 555cc injectors. My tuner is very confident they will make 360-370rwkw safely, as he has done it before. Please place your vote! Cheers
  13. Hi Fellas, As stated, I have for sale a R33 GTS-T S2 AFM. Excellent working and cosmetic condition. Reason for sale: Have upgraded to Q45 to support my power level. The AFM can be inspected after 6:00pm on weekdays, located in Canberra. Cheers
  14. Get the mechanic to do it. If it's a REALLy short distance from the place you'll be installing it to the mechanic, like I am laking 500m to 1KM, then you can drive it. Otherwise, don't bother, it'll runn rough as guts, might not even run at all.
  15. Hi Fellas, Can someone please tell me how to change my boost reading on the power FC from Bars to PSI in monitor mode? Thanks.
  16. Hi mate, They are still in the car as they are the injectors I am using on my current setup. I need the funds from these injectors to purchase my 740cc injectors, hence, the reason why I cannot take them out, until sold. Thanks
  17. Side feed. They suit an RB25 as well as an SR20 engine. Cheers
  18. Hi Fellas, I am just getting rid of a few things that have been sitting in my garage for about a year. I upgraded my turbo to a GT2835 Pro S about 1 year ago, and the stock turbo has been sitting in my garage, so I though it's about time I should sell it. It's in excellent condition, didn't blow ANY smoke, minimal shaft play, seals are in great condition. Perfect for someone that's blown their turbo, or just to have one as a replacement. Pick up is available, and it can be viewed anytime after 6:00pm on weekdays (Canberrea). I'll get some pics up on here later tonight. Cheers.
  19. Hi Fellas, I recently conducted my RB30 short block build and I am aiming for 370rwkw. For this reason, I will be selling my Nismo 555cc injectors. They are as new and hold up very well. At 312 rwkw they were on 80% duty cycle, so they are probably good for around 330 - 340 rwkw. I am asking for $499.00, as I know they still sell for $849.00 from Slide performance (which is the cheapest I could find them). They are an excellent upgrade for anyone chasing power up to 330 rwkw. The only reason I am selling them is because I must upgrade to 740cc injectors. Cheers.
  20. I'll give you $15,000
  21. mate, boost has nothing to do with it (well, it does, but not like you think). For example, you can run 14psi boost from your stock turbo pretty safely, however, if you fit a T88 turbo on your engine and run 14PSI, your engine will most likely die. For this reason, people usually base how safe internals are based on power. I've found that the internals of a RB25 engine are generally safe between 250-280 rwkw, providing you have a nice tune without any detonation over 50. Cheers
  22. THanks for all the advice fellas. I'll be getting an 044 and maybe 740 injectors if money permits (or a FPR if I am tighton cash). Fingers crossed the Q45 will not max out before 350 rwkw. Ill keep you fellas updated as to the progress. Cheers
  23. Ofcourse I am upset I didn't get the power I was told I was going to get.... shit, who wouldn't be?? Not only that, I ended up paying $5,000 more than the original quote for what it would take to get 370rwkw. And yes, if I made 400rwkw, I wouldn't have posted the tread on here, I would've said to myself, "shit, we went over budget, but I got results much better than we expected" But instead I am saying to my self, "shit, I went over budget AND I got results much LESS than what we expected" It's only human nature to feel like some one f$%ked me with a pineapple from behind. Thanks.
