  1. Hi Fellas, My car is still at the workshop getting some things done to it until this Friday (hopefully the mechanic will be done by then) The wheels are currently on my car, thus, it will have to wait until the w/e if anyone intends to do pic ups, providing that I get my car back from the mechanic. Subsequently, I have to get my new wheels fitted, and then the buyer can purchase the wheels. Cheers
  2. $15.00 anywhere to Australia via express post.... Hence, $365.00. This head unit is a bargain fellas, where else are you going to find a pioneer touch screen TV in near new condition for this price?
  3. I am located in Canberra. Pics will be put up tonight. I still have the receipt for the tyres I purchased for $1,400. They are still in packaging and untouched. This is a bargain for anyone who purchases these wheels.
  4. Hi fellas, I've just upgraded my wheels, thus, selling my R34 GTT Rims. They are in excellent condition with MINOR scratches (will post some pics tonight) They come with Brand New RT615 Falken Semi Slick tyres (which are road legal, worth $400 each), and when I say brand new, I mean they still have the stickers on them and are still in packaging. The wheels are 17 x 7.5 +40 (perfect offset for R33 GTS-T, which I had them on) The tyres are 245/45/17 (x4 brand new) rear and 235/45/17 on the front (x2). All up you get 6 tyres. I am asking for $600 with the tyres, or $300 without the tyres and I'll just sell the tyres seperately. Cheers.
  5. Yes I've got a set that I will be selling soon. Excellent condition with 4 brand new Falcan RT615 semi slicks. Will be selling for $600 with the tyres.
  6. Hi Guys, I am selling a Pioneer AVH-P5750, it is in near condition with no marks or scratchs, 100% perfect working order. I am asking $350.00 firm. It is motorised, touch screen, 50x4, sub output, plus heaps more (see below) Comes with all wiring, detacable face, and surround casing. It doesn't come with the remote, however, you don't need it anyway, it was pretty frustrating when you can easily use the touch screen. Pick up is available from Canberra, alternatively, I can post at buyer's expense. 7. Mate, I am just here to protect my fellow skyline brothers from getting ripped off. No need to get upset and have a teary.... $500 is a RIP! Lower it to $450, let's be realistic.
  8. Thanks for the pic cheif, looks great, definately getting 265 on my 18x9 rims.
  9. What, I should take your advice and put on 18 x 10 +22 rims that won't fit on my car without major guard work.... No and wait... to make it fit, put tyres that are too narrow for my application so my car will spin out everywhere....??? Some really good advice that you put forth... And I never said I was going to place cheap rubber on my vehicle, why are you trying to place shit in other peoples mouths? And I did take peoples advice on this forum, originally, I was going to buy Starcorp Impul wheels that weighed in at 16kg (yes very heavy I know). People told me that this was too heavy, so I got wheels that weighed in at around 11-12kg, and they were something I could afford... so please stop talking rubbish.... God Bless.
  10. And why would offset effect tyre buldge..... i.e. why would +22 offset have more/less buldge than say +40??
  11. Fella, you knew well that I have 375 rwkw, so why the f**k would you say in "response" to my comment, to stretch my tyre and place alot of neg camber on to make it fit. If you were smart enough, you wouldn't have said that in the first place as you should know it wouldn't suit my application. I am not going to get into this fruitless conversation with you as it is heading no where, just think again before you say dumb shit like "You'd be suprised what fits with a bit of tyre stretch and dynamic camber" when I have 375 rwkw. As I said, someone PLEASE on here show me a 18 x 10 +22 wheel on the rear of their r33 GTS skyline without major guard work and reasonable tyres for the wheel, thats lowered.
  12. And you think by strecthing my tyres I am going to get my power to the ground? What's the purpose of putting 245 on a 10 rim just to merely make it fit under the guard when my car will spinning out everywhere...?? I would rather get a proper offset that suits MY application, something that appeals to me, and use something that I'll be able to get the power to the ground with thick rubber. I am not in it for the show mate i.e. to see how far I can stretch my tyre on a 10 inch rim, I'll leave that task to the show pony girlies like yourself.
  13. You're a clueless gitt...... I belielive looking good is down to personal opinion, some people like having +40 offset, others like having +15.. As I said before, those starcorp impuls were DESIGNED to fit the r33 GST vehicles, so no, they are not "ghey" offsets, they are what it should be. I'd like to see you fit 18x10 +22 on the rear of an r33 (thats lowered) with "minimal" guard work and -1 neg camber... Someone one here PLEASE prove me wrong... Actually, yeah they would fit....... if your car isn't lowered beyond the point where the wheel goes under the guard...
  14. Can someone PLEASE attach some pics of 265/35/18 tyre on an 18x9 rim, I wanna see if there is alot of tyre buldge..... If their is, I might just go 255... Cheerio fellas
  15. Are u kiddin? 18 x 10 +22? That'll stick out worse than my dog's balls when he hasn't shagged for like 2 weeks. My car is lowered, I still want to keep the tyre under the guard while having reasonable camber.......
  16. Fellas, Just purchased some rims for my r33 GTS-T, the rear is 18 x 9 +32 Just got a couple of questions: 1) I understand that with this size and offset, I shouldn't have any problems with my car when it's lowered as long as a roll the guard, is that correct? 2) Can someone PLEASE attach some photos of a 265/35/18 tyre on a 18 x 9 rim? I can't find any pics anywhere. The reason I am asking is because I wanted to see how much the tyre would bulge out from the rim. Different angles would be good too! Cheerio!
  17. Everyone....? Go back and read the thread again. Anyway, it's too late, I just purchased the Lenso D1R Hyper Silver wheels in 18x8.5 +35 and 18x9 +32 deep dish for my R33 GTS-T. I had the shop measure them up on a scale, and they turned out to be between 11 - 12 KG. Considering nengun informed me their Nismo LM-GT4 wheels weigh in at 9 and 10kg respectively, I thought this was pretty damn good!!! Thread can be closed now, thanks for all your opinions fellas, you kept me away from the nasty heavy star corps, 16 kgs is alot...... Cheerio
  18. "ghey" offsets? These wheels were designed to be used on the R33 GTS vehicles....
  19. I just asked nengun, they told me their nismo LT GT4s weigh 11 kg rear and 10 on the front. Is it worth paying an extra $2,500 for a wheels that are 4-5 kg lighter AND without tyres? Have a think about it.
  20. What do you mean by "you will very quickly overspeed without any effort no matter what wheels you hve"? Yes it's JUST for the street and maybe an occasionall straight line quater mile. I just performed a simple test today, I went to the gym, placed a 15 KG weight on the bar, and a 10kg weight on the other side of the bar. I spun both with my hand, and I can honestly say their was not much difference, and bear in mind, this was with my hand, not with a 375 rwkw engine spinning the wheels....
  21. Buddy, I've spent around $40,000 on my car, If I spend $4,000 on wheels, my girlfriend will get my .308 rifle, stick it up my ass, and shoot..... It just doesn't make sense to me how an extra 5 kg per wheel can make such a difference? Go find something in your garage that weighs 5kg, or better yet, go to the gym and pick up a 5kg weight, you'll see it's light as.... and considering my car is not a civic with 40 fwkw (if even), it puzzles me how it would make THAT much of a difference. Drag cars have MASSIVE tyres on the rear (and rubber weighs a fair bit), and it doesn't seem to impeed on performance. I can understand if the difference was like 30kg per wheel, then yes, I would probably say it would make a pretty big difference, but 5 kg per wheel???
  22. Also thinking about the DTM Z7 wheels, I read somewhere on here that they are 9KG in weight, only 2kg more than the Nismo wheels? DTM z7 or Starcorp Impul? (I must admit the starcorp look much better)...
  23. I just emailed tempe, they said the fronts weigh 14KG (18x8.5) each, and the rear (18x9.5) weigh 16kg each. Now, in comparison to other wheels around a simular price range (please don't come on this thread comparing $4,000 wheels to $1,500 wheels), how does this weight compare to them? Has anyone measured the weight of there wheels without tyres? or are their any websites that show the weight of their wheels? Cheers fellas.
