  1. Nah, Just trying to find out how they by-passed it. Did they just use a U-Hose and seal up the two holes at the back of the block.
  2. From what i can see (look at images), i don't have that metal pipe that goes from the thermostat housing to the back of the engine >< There were so many hoses that i can't even make out what pictures i was shooting.
  3. Another topic is being discussed here on heater core hoses. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ho...93#entry4010293
  4. Shouldn't there be two holes on the engine as well since on the 1st photo one of the hoses is being connected there. That means there should be two holes on the engine as well which were not blocked off.
  5. Another image showing hoses are not present.
  6. As on topic. See the two small arrows? What are those two hoses for and what would happen if if my R33 doesn't come with them? They don't look like they're connected to the heater core.
  7. I had a photo of it somewhere. Can't seem to find it now and my car is not with me atm. I'll post a picture up tomorrow and maybe someone can tell me how it was bypassed.
  8. Hmmm. I have the two holes inside my engine bay next to the firewall but they're not connected to anything. But i do have that large chunk of white plastic (maybe heater core inside) under my passanger glove box. Plus i don't have heater on my climate control. Turn the temp up doesn't wield any heat from the a/c. Does that mean i can rip the entire heater unit out and save some weight? My country is equatorial so i'll never see winter anyways, just rain and damn hot sun.
  9. Old thread but..... Does hi-flowing need to be done professionally or can just buy the Hi-flow kit from a vender and bring your turbo to the local machine shop to make it fit?
  10. bah:/ i'll just have to get a copy of the brochure from e-bay.
  11. I think the parker socket is the bulb holder itself. After you remove the plug, turn the parker connector clockwise or anti-clockwise and you should be able to access the bulb. note: you may need to push and turn (on some models)
  12. Sorry for hijacking your thread, but does anyone know where where the other beeper is (when your key is still in the ignition). It's driving me nuts when i'm maintaining the car. From where i traced, it came from behind the fuse box under the kick panel. Is that right?
  13. Only way of turning the idle up on a RB25DET is by using an aftermarket ecu. That's the only way i know. Tried it on the apexi pfc before.
  14. Had the same problems, clutch goes up and down ocassionally and one time when i drove to the city, i lost my brakes completely. Turn out that the master cylinder is dead. Got a used part and it's working fine now.
  15. Just did mine a few days back. Less than 2L.
  16. I'm gonna get a HICAS lock bar as well, makes the car lighter and i've already removed the HICAS bumb from dash
  17. N1 maybe Nur Spec?
  18. there gotta be someone who has a r33 gtr brochure
  19. "dose" First time i heard a name like that. Still don't really know what it means. Does it mean remove the stock BOV completely and sealing the intake pipe shut?
  20. There is a page in the R33 GTR Brochure that mentions and shows the FMIC. Can anyone please scan and post it up here as i need that one single page (maybe a double page). I have the R33 GTS-T brochure and it does show the SMIC. I need the scan to be very high quality as i will need to print it over here on my side. In return i'll add a scan of the GTS25t SMIC from the R33 S2 Brochure. Thank you.
  21. I thought it was a direct bolt on with the existing harness from the existing dash cluster. Except the LCD, that only has 2 wires in between the cluster for it. There are two units for sale on e-bay now for those who are looking to get one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nismo-Speed...emZ360066867381 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...E:X:RTQ:GB:1123 Note: This one just ended but no one bought it.
  22. I had a quick look at FAST R33 SEC.118 and i don't see a part number or arrow indicating that part can be bought. It seems to come with the Rocker cover itself. lol
  23. I would like to know as well. If i were him, I would just rip the driver side fender panel and have a look at where the damn wire is going. Take pictures then post it up here Easy as pie. but....... The 1st picture isn't jonzie26 car isn't it
  24. .......still looking for this grille........anyone selling, please e-mail me plz. thx.
  25. you don't have to open up the afm mesh, just point the contact cleaner at the inside thingy and spray it. let it dry and reconnect, then start your car.
