  1. This is normal, you can actual switch to 2wd maneuver mode by holding down the "SAVE or SNOW" button for 3-4 seconds, this puts the car into RWD maneuver mode for tight turns and reversing
  2. thanks for the replies guys! I appreciate it Cheers Phil
  3. thanks mate!! Whats the difference between the CAS, the Neo engine has the CAS are the plugs different to my loom? Do you have a wiring diagram that you used for the CAS conversion! I am running wasted spark and using my inlet manifold and loom Cheers Phil

  5. Hi guys After running a big end bearing on my R33 Series 2 25det I have sourced a rebuilt Neo 25det, will my manifolds fit the NEO head? As i have a front facing plenuim and a top mount GT30, LINK G3 so want to use my manifolds and loom on the neo head Cheers Phil
  6. Hi guys My brother has a RB25det, we took it to the track yesterday which was a drift event and had some drama! He melted the waste gate boost pressure source line which then caused the car to overboost, the LINK G3 has the boost cut limit set to 20 Psi and the car is mapped to and runs 18 Psi. The car obviously was boost cutting and on the rev limiter so was hard to tell what was going on, it then blew a whole heap of oil out through the catch can and all over the car. He drove it back to the pits and we checked the oil, it had next to nothing in it we had to put about 3 litres in, we then started it up and it was breathing heavily through the head breather (catch can) indicating blow by. I noticed a slight knock when I revved it up, so I diagnosed a run bearing, so we put it on the trailer and went home (which i have now confirmed, as i have the engine out and sump off, mains and big end caps off, number 1 has destroyed the big end bearing, but I am 99.9% sure the crank will polish up) What I want to know before I take the head off is what would have caused the oil to blow out the head (the plugs are dry, exhaust and inlet ports are dry, no oil at all in intercooler pipes etc) and the heavy breathing when we did start the car up after toping up the oil? Cheers Phil
