Hey Guys, Im just curious as to what bigger gapped plugs would do on a fairly stock engine (poddy, 3inch cat back, 2 way). Change my plugs today and the old ones had a larger gap. I had a misfire problem that was really intermittent, happen once a year ago and once 2 weeks ago (sounded like WRX, lacked power, once turned off and started a few times it fixed itself). Have Spitfire coilpacks in also, which i only realised today

hey guys, in the past wk or so, my rear suspension has developed a pretty loud creaking noise. after some inspecting, i found that the rubber boot surrounding the shock absorber is pretty much shredded. moreso on one side than the other. it also seems to not creak when i drive in the rain. would it be my shock absorbers? it mainly happens whilst going over bumps. like when entering a drive way, its a slow squeak. is there something that i can lube up my shock absorbers with? just to eliminate if thats what the cause. if anyone else has a different idea of what it could be then pls post to me. thanks guys Callum

hey guys, im planning on changing the light in my spoiler on my R33 soon after a copper had a go at me for a couple of them being blown. i know its hard to get genuine replacements so im planning on wirering in a led strip. what i want to know is how many leds in the strip should i look for? and are the colours of the led actually white? or are they red? im going to just buy the strip off ebay so i just wanna know what i need to get Cheers Guys

im in the same boat, well, im getting a slight nocking noise comming from the rear drivers side while at 20-30km/h or so, got told it was prob a bush that was stuck and causing excess movement. only thing is bushes seem to be fricken expensive. what bushes are needed for a standard r33? although mine has a 1.5 diff in it that really shuds ya round corners. is there any dangerous problems from driving on warn bushes if thats my case? i have a trip i have to make on the weekend is all

i know that my camber arms need replacing, reason why i havent taken it in, cos i know that chances are they will wanna do everything in one go, which is good, but costly on the wallet. any chance you know what price i would be looking at? i had the rear end re done on the car after some clown t boned me at an intersection. it involved a whole new hicas system but due to the independant rear suspension they woulda only done the side that had been damaged

just randomly, you cant really hear it over the exhaust when accelerating. but you can hear it without the radio going and rolling in neutral (20-30km/h)

Hey Gyus, recently i noticed a weird clucking noise commnig from the rear drivers side whilst driving. the noise doesnt happen when turning, but does it on straght roads, but not on rough roads. i double checked everything in the boot to make sure nothing was moving around and nothing was any ideas on what this could be? should i be worried? had a look at the engine yesterday, noticed some major slackage on the alternator belt, so tighten that up and bam. no squeel! my only question is, how do i stop it from becoming loose again?

it sorta happened overnight, ive taken photos so when i get a chance, hopefully tonight or tomorrow il upload them.. na the only thing is ive wiped the dash down somtimes with spray on interior detail

hey mate na not like that, like its only on the passengers half of the display. it came around sometime in summer and ive never dulged into the problem. it was crystal clear when i got the car a year ago

haha well i dont actually know if its moisture or not, i think it might actually be like a stain on glass kinda because i cant noticed any moisture particles anyone else have this problem?

i didnt wanna say anything about the o2 sensor as it has its own sticky thread about it

hey guys, i woke up last wk, jumped in the car, got the car warm and turned on the heater and i notice that the plactic covering the digits has become cloudy on one side. You can still see the numbers, but its faded due to this "cloud". It was never like this when i bought it, it was clean as a whistle. Any ideas on how i can fix it without removal of it? Cheers

exactly! just dont use boost on your way home, and with winter being now the air is colder anyway, so flowing air compared to standing air will be colder anyway

yeah dude, im the same, like i try and save fuel but i always let the car idle before i drive it, so the oil has a chance to reach the top of the sum for a bit. but there still drivable while cold, just dont go near boost untill shes got some heat in her and the old pressure has dropped a lil, otherwise your turbo will be getting cold old instead of warm/hot. and thats what they like
