Mr GTS4

hell yeah.. before it just died at 5 grand and now it pulls to 7 grand all day every day. raced my friend with a mazda 626 turbo and it beat me before i fixed it and now a beat it by about a car length over about a 1/4 mile.

nah man. i just found that it wasn't connected. thats all. what mods have you got done to your car? 230rwhp out of a RB20DET. thats not bad

thats a neat engine to have in a R31... anyway. the stock turbo can go to 1 bar max. which is about 14.87psi or somewhere abouts. the cheapest way to do it is to buy a bleed valve of some sort, the turbosmart ones are good. but if you wanted to do it properly i'd go for a electronic boost controller. more accurate and better for adjusting the boost. might cost a bit more but you can do adjustments inside the car. with a front mount you could run 12psi to 14psi all day every day.

yeah i think its a great place to buy stuff off. i got a heap of stuff off there like turbos and fuel reg, and just some other crap. you can get some really cheap stuff and you don't have to worry about if the person is a fraud or something cause the ebay people find them and cut their nuts off!!! nah not really but it would be funny

i need some stock R32 rims that are in good condition. they don't have to have rubber. pm me if you have some and don't need to work out a price. or if someone in or near brisbane has R34 GT-T rims.

i got a mate that has a 1jz in a vl. its just got 17's and lowered. it's a crazy car does like low 12's and thats stock engine with little tuning. he going bigger turbo soon and some other stuff. its been off the road for awhile to. its a waste of turbo.... (cry)

i was on my way to work the today and followed a R34 GT-T silver looked fat as. nice body kit and beautiful wheels. i love it. now i was in ipswich ( near brissy ) doe anyone know who drives it or what?

right on brother and my mum has never had a lazer... hahahaha the reason why i don't like auto's is cos there for lazy drivers. like i said before you have more control over the car with a manual than the auto. also now i have the manual i get about 100k's more to a tank. i just like the idea of being able to change gears when i want not when the computer wants to. but everyone has their own opinion's i spose

what chemicals would you put in there it clean. i wouldn't think that hot water would do it?????????

thats extactly right.. unless you get a big stall in a auto they are big slugs off the line and you can't change gears properly. its just a pain in the arse. i htink in a manual you can control the car alot better in every situation.

well i did my R32 GTS4 the other week and it was a pain in the arse. we had 4 car jacks and we did it in my friends back yard. that weekend we had all those huge storms!! we were changing a gearbox. i got an email from a guy in perth saying that he had a gts4 front cut and he didn't need the gearbox and everything that i would need to do a conversion. got it really cheap. doing the console parts and computer was the easy part. getting the gearbox in and out SUCKED!!! there is no room at all to move. i reckon if you really want a manual get a manual. thats the easy way to do it.

mine was running about 86 when at idle. so yeah 70-90 would be about rigt for safety levels

ok... problem fixed after months of wondering what the hell it was. my mate works at nissan in ipswich and we hooked up the consult machine thing to it. and it came up saying the KNOCK SENSOR wasn't thereor something like that. well i searched on the site for knock sensors and lots and lots of people have had the same problem with the knock sensor. i just wasn't looking for the right thing. i looked at it them this morning and one of the plugs were disconnected. how the hell does that happen, and the guy thathad the car before me had it serviced in brisbane at a nissan place and they never picked up on it.... WHAT THE. alll those months of no power. i'm going to mt glorious tomorrow with my girl... time to test it out!!! :headspin: :headspin:

what are the price differances between alli to stanless kits? can you get diagrams off the net of what you would need to make up the kit yourself. like measurments and pipe size and stuff? as someone done something like that?

where are you exactly. would you sell you stock rims to me

yeah you could do that. or you could goto a truck shop and get stanless steels bends for cheap and the other pipe. then take it to a exhaust shop that does aluminium welding and stuff and get it fitted. you can pick up bends for about $15 each i think. i looked into it awhile ago.
