Like all mods, it comes down to whether you buy a good quality product. I have to admit that I'm a fan of LED lights - that are done well. I have a set on my R32GTR. When taillights aren't on, they look stock. When taillights light up, they modernise the look of the car. Sorry, it's a really bad pic, but should give you an idea of how they look during the day.

There was one point in time where I had to choose between an R34 GT-T and an R32GTR. Drove the R34 around for a bit but it just doesn't compare to the R32. Sure the R34 is newer, but if you buy a clean and well maintained R32, you'll have years of driving fun !

Prior to sending any car interstate, I suggest photographing (even using a copy of today's newspaper) and even video taping the car panels just before they come to pick up the vehicle. That way if there is any damage, you've got proof that it was done in their care.
