Hi Guys, Ok so me and couple of mates are having similar problems with our brakes squealing. we have all had our front discs(oem) replaced and front and rear brake pads(std nissan pads) replaced. brakes dont squeal all the time but enough to be very annoying...doesn't matter if we are going forward or in reverse. Any ideas ppls??

Hi All, I purchased my V35 locally and it is all registered and road worthy etc. I intially investigated this through my work as they had a company brought on board to do car leasing and all reports after some investigation stated that i could get this leased and all would be good. by the time i had the car purchasing via a personal loan and regsitered it in my name and then went to move the finance across they tell me they cant lease Grey imports!!!!! as you can imagine i was rather annoyed as i had spent a lot of time trying to get this sorted and would have saved me a fair amount of cash a year etc etc. anyway i didn't have any luck. anyone that actually gets a company to lease the V35 please let me know who it is and i will investigate.

hey has anyone actually driven the v35 on snow with snow mode on? thinking of heading to the snow in a few weeks and just wondering. Cheers

i have spotted a head of v35's in the last few months mate of mine has a silver one another mate i work with purchased a red one. but in particular i spotted a White coupe with a different exhaust of some kind on southern cross drive in sydney number plate CPV 35L

Hi Danny, when i spoke with Nissan Randwick today i asked about the Murano or X-trail key and they said it was different to the v35 one in some way? i got quoted $397 for the new remote key and for the valet key $135. Nissan said they could hook the car up to CONSULT and program the key to the car. Chris, I asked if the key had to come from Japan and the guy said that nissan australia had them in stock....would nissan stock the ones specifically for the v35 or do you think they are just the Murano and X-trail ones??

man that sucks!!! i only got 1 key and dont think i have any immobiliser codes. i guess that means im stuck with 1 key well remote/immobilser one anyway.

ok so being that we could purchase the Murano or the X-trail key will Nissan be able to code these to work with the v35?

1 seat forward and back (for long or short legs) 2 seat up/down (for tall or short people) 3 seat recline/incline - actually this may be it-it kinda takes the weight off your legs/thighs when you raise it back....nice one scorp i guess this must be it.

Chris,how good is NATS 5 ? From a theifs perspective? Is it the fith gen of a security software pak or just a fancy name? Also does the key remote have a rechargable battery inside or is it a standard button cell?

my mate the other day in his 350z hit 230km and it wanted to keep going so perhaps around 250 maybe more... has anyone tried to take their v35 over 180?? does it speed limit and loose power?? what happens

Just thought i would see who can post the biggest km's per litre reading from their V35

how can they restrict the use of a dvd upgrading firmware..unless they make it so you have to hook up some a specialised piece of hardware for it to work

Hey nismo thanks for the welcome and the advice no power loss at all but the brakes are squeeling like no tommorow its getting rather annoying. Im located in sydney city area and was thinking of taking it to Nissan @ Randwick. heard they want $220 per disc and $80 per pad...how does that sound?

Hi All, I bought myself a Silver 03 V35 coupe a couple of months ago and just recently have noticed in the morning when leaving for work moments after i start and head up a hill the Slip, VDC off & Handbrake lights come on stay on. Now this has happened once before and i had been able to turn off the car put in park and wait a few secs start again and then the lights dissapeared. but now when i do the above they just come back on. anyone have any idea as to what could be the cause? faulty electrics, cold engine, car not liking going up a hill first thing in the morning?? appreciate any feedback
