  8. got my 180 built at mercury and would definently get them to do it all again. Yes the owner Trent has a sr20 at last run on the dyno pulled something like 365 kw at the wheels... So that is a.....ah i lost count, 1 more for mercury motorsport.
  9. I have always used mercury for both of my cars and have nothing but praise for the guys there. If you ask me....the only place to go in brisbane. Cheers Gary
  10. well there you go you couldn't get more specific than that. Cheers Gary
  11. I think the rs 260 ones will go straight in but the GTR ones are different tops. They are bigger than the stagea towers. I have been told you can modify the tops to fit, the bolt holes are apparantly the same it's just the diameter of the top spring retainer that is different. If you can get RS 260 ones that is probably the way i would go, better chance of fitting straight in. In fact i know they will cause that is what we did to get the diameters. I took the measurements of a mates RS 260 struts. Hope that helps Cheers Gary
  12. ok, I will try and get the money into your account next week, not to sure if i can as i am away with work and have a very hectic week next week. I f i cant get it to you i will ask Trent to get it to you. But i am a definite, there will be nothing short of WWIII to keep me away. Cheers Gary
  13. If you have a RS Four V then the mount on the hubs are different. If you have a RS260 then they will fit. For the RS Four V, 33gtst rear shocks will fit perfect, so any variant of coil over for 33 gtst will suit. For the front you need 32 GTR shocks, so any variant of coil over there will be fine. If you look around on ebay and the like you can sometimes pick up stagea specific ones. The E-bay japan is one of the best. Only problem is you will usually need to know someone in japan to have them sent to them, and then get them to forward tham onto you. Cheers Gary
  14. Paul, Hope you have me down again, have been changing all the suspension setup so i might be able to get the thing around corners without sliding it around them. Cheers Gary
  15. If it is done properly shere should be absolutely no difference at all. Cheers Gary
  16. everything that went into my car was genuine rs 260. Modification of the firewall was still needed as this is different between the auto's and the manual. I dont know exactly why nissan do it but they do. All the centre console was genuine rs 260 and was fairly easy to get out of japan, it took about 10 days. I have now sold the car to another forum member and he picks the car up on tuesday i think so you will be able to get all the pickies you want as i am sure he will post a hell of a lot, he loves the car and i am glad to see it go to a good home. Cheers Gary
  17. Good to hear you got your car back Dan. PS This is Marc, but I cbf logging Gary out Booval eh? Well I suppose a few kays out of the Ipswich CBD *is* technically out of Ipswich You're nice and close to Bundamba too Woodridge is nowhere near Ipswich, it's near Logan/Slacks Creek/Springwood etc.

  23. Pricing, I paid too much as i think i was the first person un Aus to try i t so there was a bit of trial and error..lol Pickies, yeah i can take a few and post them up no worries, won't be until tomorrow tho. Cheers Gary
  24. The ecu is a nightmare of a job to get a plug and play tem such as power fc..... anything else piggy back, no problems... I have put a power fc in my stagea ( with alot of messing around )and it is good. Only real drama was the a/c and a few sensors. Unfortunately Apexi dont make a power fc for a manual rb25 stagea, they do however make one for the rb26 stagea. Go figure. I too did the manual conversion, its a bit of a job.... you need as mnay hands as you can get.. Its fun to drive now, i've even chopped a few GTR's and they don't like it, but you do get the good one who compliments your car and say's ' i can't believe i got owned by a wagon'...........music to my ears...lol Cheers Gary
  25. I got 235x40x18 on my stagea, works well and looks good. Rims are the 18x8 dunno if they are defective here in QLD or not. But hey it's a wagon and it looks like a volvo so the cops hardly even notice me...lol Cheers Gary
