The question of what wheel size fits what Skyline comes up so often I though this might be a good place to post your own wheel dimensions. Just copy and fill in the table; Skyline model = GTR R34 V spec 2000 model Wheel diameter = 18" Wheel width = 10" Wheel offset = +12 Tyre size = 285 - 35 - 18 Modifications to fit = nil fits perfect. Cant go wider width the wheel will not have a full turning circle.

They wont fit the 17" rims, best get a set of 18" rims then can go up to 360mm, if your going to spend the money then do it properly.

Hi Does anyone know where I can get new rods for the HICAS on a GTR R34. Mine have got excessive play and I need new ones both left and right.. Is there a company who make better aftermarket one's or do I have to go genuine. This is the whole rod and that screws into the HICAS bar and mounts onto the ball joint on the brake carrier. Think I have found the problem there is excessive play in the Hicas rod ends, the ball joints closest to the rack. I will have to source new ones..

Hello Bakes, I have got them set at mid setting, is not coming from the shocks but the rear noise is associated with wheel travel, Im pretty sure it is the ball joint the rear bottom arm is mounted on.

Thanks for the reply's from everyone, no its not the coil overs they are Ohlins Flag R the best you can get brand new when I did the engine, only happens when Im going over a potholed road or a rough road, more noticeable at low speed because of less road noise in the car. Will have to take it in but dont want some dickhead working on it......

Hi I have got a GTR R34 and I have got a knocking sound front/rear suspension, noise sounds just like the shock mounts are loose but I have checked them and they are fine, I have also checked the suspension arm bushes and doesn't seem to be any play there, only get the noise when the road is a little rough, it is not there on the smooth road. Does anyone have any ideas, I seem to think the ball joints on the outer bearing carrier for the axles have got play in them???? I am going to replace them anyway the front has got a large one on top and a smaller one bottom and the rear has got one on the bottom where can i get these... Hopefully sort it out giving me the sh....ts. Just had the car of the road for 9 months gettingnew engine,PPG gearbox,brakes now want to sort this. Cheers Dave.

Hi I have a triple plate clutch that has been in my car for 500klms (while running the new engine in) I bought it brand new in May this year, has a Hollinger centre and comes with the standard centre. It also has a brand new throw out bearing. I will also give you a second hand R3C clutch to go with it as a spare which has done a few klms but is still in perfect condition. Most parts sold still have the OS Giken R3C clutch,balancer,Z32 AFM. Clutch brand new a bargain.
