And more repetitions is where its at.. And no this doesnt mean for regular gym goers.. This is starting off..

Use lighter weights first.. But more repeatitions.. This will build your strength and endurance to move up a weight level

yeah i left the original fabric on.. was kinda tight to get them on.. nothing major.. only thing i didnt like was there was nothing to tied them off with... so i pierced some holes in the join (plenty of overlap material), then fed ribbon through the seat and tied it off.. after slipping seat covers on.. i used cable ties all along the edges to pin them to the seat.. (original was stapled/hooked on) however cable ties where much stronger.. headrest and front seats have velcro on them from memory???

the problem is that when ppl are looking at buying a new car..they don't tend to go for the one that loks like shit.. they want it looking great and they'll be excited to drive it.. Unfortunately i think the only interest you will get on your car is those that can't afford price or looking for a cheap car to build up.. Which limits your buyer diversity and lowers the limit.. fix it up or sell it for a steal.. 6-7k would be my starting point..

Yeah don't worry about it mate.. Big companies like this always ignore when they havent sent the parts.. Once the order is in.. All they do is send when ready and ignore contact... Its kinda silly cause i'd rather know that the parts are just delayed instead of freaking out that they arent responding... I don;t think anyone would expect you to refund their money if it all went pair shaped.. You're helping people out..

didnt mention anything the size of something??? maybe i missed it.. anyways.. you don't have many points left but you decide to do something illegal.. hmmmm... if there is nothing in your car then you really have nothing to worry about.. a radar detector won't help in most situations anyways as you can be followed by police.. then be pulled over.. a RBT site... i would go to the police station and ask if your car has anything on the notes.. previous owner gives a reason for pulling over or something would be my guess.. also can't you change the plates or something that stops the details??? i'm not really sure... i would be logging everytime you are pulled over.. officers details.. time.. location... car rego number (of the police car).. even video evidence.. if they are repeatedly searching your car because the last owner or whatever and after a while should be no reason for suspicion
