why don't you mount the gauge.. hook up the +ve -ve etc wires that you know where they go.. then try bribe a workshop to hook up the last bit for cheap.. tht way you've done most of the work and they make a quick $$$ for little effort
i thought he was asking if the turbo is supposed to have a bearing inside.. and about a knuckle? assuming it was either the oil or water lines.. but unless he's looking at something else if its already hooked up.. good to know you interpret that
+1 for getting some boob
This chick hit your car and garage, still didnt care about fessing up to their mistake and left you high and dry.. f**k em, make them pay and then get copper to lay charges of leaving an accident, so many wankers do it
first pic.. those ms paint bits you added to ask questions.. even on 400% zoom i couldn't even make out what you wrote..
why don't you get power off the ciggy lighter or something inside your dash that uses power when the car is started.. that way your not taking lines all the way to the engine..
if you got a factory vacuum line.. are you still using the factory boost gauge? if not then use that instead of the line with your gauge.. if you are then just cut into it and install that tee (one you circled
I.. Am.. Not... Jealous
PS.. love the instructions.. Call it "the unit"... hehehehe UNIT
and step 5.. Let it dangle out.. misses would love me working on the car now can't see how it makes the soldering easier though
if you take the steering wheel off you will find there is a plastic "cam" looking piece.. has 2 lumps in it that clicks the indicator off when you turn the wheel back..
getting a replacement part i wouldnt know though..
got a wiring diagram? i tried that before.. asked if there was a wring diagram.. i got a pfc btw.. although dont think that should make a difference..
and thanks grandmaster.. i know the part # diff etc.. was wondering if the wire to splice would still def be the middle wire..
well this story is nothing on the new ACA stuff.. same night a guy in the background of a "report" was looking at porn on the comp.. ACA has just rectified its actions.. beautiful
so your playing around with your car.. while leaving power on? and plugging/ unpluging parts?
wondering have you d/c the airbag fuse? also may have done the circuit board but maybe a ecu reset also? i would d/c battery and press brake a few times.. get all the power outta the car.. then put it all back together (just plug cluster in and put in place, no bolts and no need for surround).. then put steering wheel and anything else you've tken off
then connect battery and give it another go.. next time disconnect the battery and drain any remaining power before working on parts that use electricity
like this?
also thanks for the heads up.. although i'm always suspicious about buying anything unless there is heaps of rep.. someone should smash the dude lol.. see if his karma was worth it
